Property Description/Facilities

The Villa is accessed via a front door leading into the lounge which has a 3 seater sofa/sofa bed and two armchairs. Satellite television is available with a range of free view channels together with a DVD player and various DVD's to watch. The dining area with seating for four leads off the lounge and the kitchen is joined to this area. The bedrooms are also accessed from the lounge where you will also find the bathroom. The property benefits from front and rear terraces as well as a full roof terrace with mountain views. The rear terrace is accessible from the kitchen and you will find a barbecue together with patio furniture and seating for six people. The front terrace overlooks the pool which is best described as a corner pool about 8.5m in length and up to 4m in width at the widest point it also has tiled steps leading into the water. The pool area is accessed via the front steps leading on to the tiled area surrounding the pool where you will also find sun loungers and a shower

Mazarron

Mazarron is a small Spanish town that many will not have heard of. That is because until recently it was only the Spanish that enjoyed spending time here. The lack of large hotels means that this is not a resort but rather a typical Spanish town, frequented by the Spanish. Mazarron is actually two towns in one. There is the main town with its town hall, daily indoor fresh produce market, banks, medical facilities, shops etc. Then, less than 5 minutes drive away, there is its pretty little seafront sister, Puerto de Mazarron. Here you will find a harbour and a brand new multimillion Euro marina (currently in in the final stages of construction), various bars and restaurants, along with superb EU blue flaged beaches and secluded coves.

Costa Calida

Murcia province and the Costa Calida are still two of Spain’s best kept secrets. Situated South of Alicante and North of Almeria and is made up of spectacular mountain ranges, fertile plains and a dramatic coastline of approximately 250km. The area is served by two international airports Alicante and San Javier/Murcia and has excellent motorway links to the rest of Spain and Europe. This region has a micro climate which features comparatively hot mean annual temperatures. The average annual temperature is 18 degrees and the area has an average of 315 days of sunshine a year. The world Health Organization recently declared the region of Murcia as the cleanest area of Spain with the least industrial pollution. The beautiful provincial capital city is Murcia. Here you will discover a city that has retained it’s Moorish heritage, yet offers today’s visitor a fantastic array of fashionable boutiques, up market department stores and the finest local cuisine.

Golf Information:

The course at Camposol enjoys breathtaking views to the north with Sierra Espuna and the Algarooboo mountain range to the south. At 6158 yards and par 72, this beautiful golf course will give you all the challenges required, to make your golfing experience a special one that will have you returning time after time, and year after year. With water hazards and greens protected by numerous bunkers, a good position of the tee is required to hit the greens in regulation. The new clubhouse set in its elevated position has all the views and facilities required to calm the senses after your round of golf.
