The villa:
Air conditioned spacious and contemporary living is offered within an open plan living/dining area which extends via French doors onto the beautiful covered terrace overlooking your private swimming pool and fully enclosed garden area. The kitchen is very modern and fully equipped with full size oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is a separate utility room off the kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a shower room comprising walk in shower cubicle, basin and WC. Upstairs there is a roof sun terrace, three large double bedrooms, the master being en-suite, and an additional house bathroom, both with bath, shower, basin and WC. All the bathrooms are fully tiled with beautiful marble tiles and have top of the range fittings. Each of the bedrooms is fitted with an array of floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes. Local surroundings:
There are some beautiful secluded beaches along the Mar Menor, all of which are very suitable for children due to the non-tidal warm water and golden soft sandy beaches. Los Alcazares boasts Thermal Baths, dating back to Roman times, weekly markets and even has a promenade to take a stroll along. The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are both very accessible and provide a range of tourist attractions, Spanish and worldwide cuisine, as well as local boutique and designer shopping. The Polaris World complex itself boasts excellent restaurants and bars situated in both the Social Centre and with the Intercontinental Hotel, catering for every taste and pocket. There are also typical Spanish restaurants dotted about on the surrounding roads to the complex, some within walking distance.
Golfing Paradise:
The Mar Menor Golf Course offers you a driving range, putting green and at present 9 holes designed by Dave Thomas. Plans have been passed to extend the current course to 18 holes very soon. The additional holes have been designed by Jack Nicklaus, who has exclusively designed 3 additional golf courses in the area belonging to Polaris World. The Mar Menor Golf Course is completely private, and is only open to residents and people staying at Mar Menor or at one of the other Polaris World complexes. Polaris World has several more complexes completed and currently under construction, all within 10 minutes drive away, which are open to residents and guests staying at the Mar Menor complex. A free bus service connects all the Polaris resorts for use by residents and guests who wish to use alternative facilities including golf, restaurants, swimming complex etc. Additional golf facilities are offered at La Manga Club, Villamartin, Golf Las Ramblas, Golf Altoorreal and Golf Campoamour.
