This property boasts being situated in a premier position on the famous polaris world golf resort overlooking the putting green and driving range. The villa is south facing and the sun shines on your own private pool all day. There is a covered patio downstairs with garden furniture. Upstairs there are sun terraces to the front and rear. Entrance to the resort is via security gates, which are operated by electronic cards, which you are given. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which includes dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and all other necessary appliances. Sky TV is fitted and there is a D.V.D with numerous films to watch. All floors are tiled. The villa is fully air conditioned with units in all three bedrooms and the lounge. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. There are three bathrooms, two with showers and the third with bath and shower. There is also a shower by the pool. All linen and towels are provided. A safe is also fitted if required.

The resort is situated only five minutes drive from the Mar Menor beach, which is an inland sea separated from the Mediterranean by La Manga. The Mar Menor sea reaches higher temperatures due to it being quite shallow and is a favourite location for water sports, it is ideal for kids. There are numerous restaurants and bars in Los Alcazares, which is four kilometres away. The beautiful city of Cartegena is only 15 minutes drive away with its historical buildings and numerous designer shops. La Manga and Torrieveqa are approximately 20 minutes away. The villa is ten minutes drive from Murcia Airport and Ryan Air offer great flight deals. There are a variety of golf courses nearby, details of these are in a welcome book in the Villa.

Notes: There is a superb communal pool nearby with a bar poolside.Also on site in the new social centre is a first class restaurant,and upstairs is a luxurious bar with a veranda overlooking the pool ,this stays open to 2 a.m.On site is the clover bar which is situated in the five star hotel which provides entertainment most nights. There is also a gym which is free to use plus a tennis court.The actual course is in tremendous condition and weekly season tickets can be purchased.Prior to teeing off there is a superb putting green and driving range positioned near the first hole and club house.Internet access is available from villa

Fantastic villa!

We spent a wonderful 11 days at Dave's villa in July with our 4 children (aged 6, 8, 9 & 9). The villa was absolutely perfect for the kids, with a secure fenced garden and steps leading down into the pool. The garden backed onto the driving range, so we weren't overlooked. Only a 5 minute walk to the main hotel and complex with restaurants, bars and pools. Will definitely be looking to book again ... just need to arrange the dates!!
