You are just a few minutes drive away from the lovely sandy beaches and warm waters of the Mar Menor lagoon, awarded the blue flag standard for cleanliness. There are other resorts, including the La Manga strip, within a 30 minutes drive, with a wide variety of water sports available. The local resort of Los Alcazares is a 5 minutes drive away with a range of tapas bars, cafes and restaurants. The fishing village of Cabo de Palos, with an excellent selection of seafood restaurants, is about a 20 minutes drive south. The historic city of Murcia, the capital of the region, is 30 km away and is certainly recommended a visit. Cartagena, Spain’s oldest Roman port is 20 km away. There is also much to explore inland in the Murcia region, with 2 national parks less than 30 minutes drive away.

Resort details: Access to the resort is by a security gate and there is 24-hour security on-site. The resort has an excellent restaurant, two bars, social club, communal pool with children’s pool, small supermarket (with a good wine selection), gym and hairdresser. Please contact us for any further information you require.

Travel: The nearest airport is Murcia San Javier, about a 10 minutes drive by car. Alicante airport is about a 45 minutes drive. We can arrange for you to be collected if required. Car hire is recommended to take full advantage of everything the Murcia region has to offer.

Golf: The villa is located on the brand new 9 hole golf course, designed by Dave Thomas, due to be extended to 18 holes. A handicap certificate is required and rates for play can be supplied on request. There are numerous other courses in the area including La Manga, Villa Martin, Campoamar, La Finca and Mosa Trajectum.
