The Resort:
A beautifully designed, luxury 3 bedroom villa with private pool on the Polaris World Mar Menor Golf Resort. The 5 Start Inter-continental Hotel and Spa are now open. There are many places of interest in close proximity, it will be impossible for you to get bored. There is a bank, supermarket, medical centre, gym, tennis courts and large communal pool with adjoining kiddies pool on the resort. In the club House there is a Travel Agents where it is possible to book day trips to places of local interest. Also in the Club House there is a Hair Dressers and Beauty Therapist. The Club House in the centre of the resort, which is 10 minutes walk from the villa.
Out and about:
The beautiful beach at Los Alcazares is just 5 minutes away and the wonderful city of Murcia is just 40 minutes away by car. The La Manga strip and Cartegena are also within easy reach. Other towns and villages such as: San Pedro Del Pinatar, Cabo de Palos, Za Zenia, Santiago de al Ribera, Cabo Roig and Puna Prima and Lo Pagan which is famous for it's healing mud therapy. The list is endless. Polaris World have created first class golf resorts in the heart of Murcia on the Costa Calida.... Spain at it's best. Recommended by the world health organisation as the healthiest place to live in the world, with it's 320 days of sunshine a year. There are lots of local bars and restaurants all just minutes away by car. On site there is a small supermarket, 2 bars, several really nice restaurants, a communal pool and the golf course it's self. The airport of San Javier is only ten minutes drive and Alicante airport is just 45 minutes.
Golf Information:
The villa is situated on the Mar Menor Golf Resort designed by Jack Nicklaus but is within easy reach of such renowned sites as La Manga, Campamor, Las Ramblas and Villa Martin to name but a few. Rates for play on the complex can be supplied on request. As a guest you will full access to all of the golfing facilities and can receive discounted rates. Information on request. A valid handicap certificate is required in order to play the course. Once all of the other Polaris World Golf Resorts resorts are open as resident you will have access to them all. You could follow the Nicklaus Trail of golf courses at El Vale, La Torre, Hacienda Riquelme and La Loma. The Mar Menor course is currently 9 holes of fantastic golf and will be extended to 18 with a complete redesign by the world famous Jack Niclaus Golf Design company.
