This superb air conditioned villa (main rooms and bedrooms also have ceiling fans), close to the centre of the resort and walking distance from all amenities has 3 large double rooms, 3 bathrooms as well as a stunning 7.5m x 4m HEATED pool (with thermal cover) and large decked area with beautiful views over the driving range, putting green and 18th hole. A large first floor terrace allows you to relax while watching the golfers go up the last hole and then see the sun set while enjoying a leisurely drink or two!

The Mar Menor, Europe's largest inland lagoon is only 10 min drive away. The sea is warmer and more gently sloping than the Mediterranean coast and there are plenty of watersports available. The major towns of Murcia and Cartegena are 20min drive away.

  • 20% non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure the rental with the balance paid 4 weeks prior to departure. Linen and towels are included (not beach towels). Pool heating will incur an extra £30 per week if required. €75 Euros for cleaning is paid direct to the keyholder prior to departure at the end of your rental period.

Notes: The pool, 7.5m x 4m was new this spring and a heater installed in Feb 09. The garden area is now all decking. The ground floor outside terrace has glass 'curtains' that can be closed during winter months to create a conservatory and left open in summer. There are fly screens so french windows can be kept open in the summer. The villa looks out over the driving range and putting green with views of the 9th fairway. The 5 star Intercontinental Hotel with ESPA spa is 200m away. The Golf pro shop and 1st tee are 150m away. The communal pool, restaurants, bars, supermarket and bank are 5 min walk. Golf course is Jack Nicklaus design, now 18 holes (2nd nine opened Oct 09). You can use other Polaris World courses (within 20 min) . La Torre, El Valle and Hacienda Riquelme courses are now open.

Resort facilities: The social centre includes a supermarket, bank with cashpoint, communal pool and 2 restaurants, medical centre, fitness centre and hairdressing salon. There is also a Kids Club which organises activities for children of all ages. The 5 star Intercontinental Hotel has a high quality restaurant and brand new outstanding ESPA spa which is available to resort guests. It also houses the golf club pro shop and spike bar.

We stayed here last October and as it was so good we came back this year. We paid the extra for the pool to be heated which was fantastic for my 2 year old and for us in the evening, nothing like a night time swim as the pool and decking is all lit up. Cant recomend this property enough, its has every thing you could possibly require and more.

We had a lovely time staying in this villa. It is well situated, next to the driving range, and close to the hotel and golf facilities. The heated pool was superb and would recommend in the non-summer months. The villa itself was well presented with modern furniture and had adequate space for 2 adults and 3 children.

2 adults and two teenagers just arrived back from this lovely villa in the Mar Menor Golf Resort. The villa was lovely and spacious and the decked pool area was a great added benefit. My 17 year old son could not believe his luck when he discovered that the gate at the back of the villa was within direct walking distance of the golf driving range. The couple who looked after the house were absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. We ate out every night and found a different restaurant every evening within an easy drive of the resort. Would definitely return for another holiday to this lovely house and would highly recommend it.

Great Holiday and Ideal Villa

This was our second trip to the Mar Menor resort and this villa was far superior to last year's. The villa has everything you need and with 2 children the large pool was a big hit - as was the water cooler for instant chilled water. The superior patio furniture and sunbeds made a sunshine holiday ideal. The big plus too is the great airconditioning in every room. The location of the villa is perfect whether a golfer or not - just behind the range but easy walk to main facilities and supermarket.

Six adults and a little baby girl choose this luxury villa to stay in during July 2009. We had a fantastic time, the outdoor pool is great and the villa is probably one of the best located in the Mar menor resort.
Although a little quiet in July 09 the resort is expanding to feature a 18 hole golf course af good standard and the overall complex has everything you need.
The villa is well sized with everything you need. The outside terrace offers a generous table area where we found ourselves in the shade there during the midday heat and eating and drinking there in the evenings.
The property is well maintained with good modern facilities and the beauty is that there is 24hr customer service as the couple maintaining the property live on the complex!
La Manga is a short drive away and there is lots of golf to play in the area!
Plenty of restaurants are available and only a short drive away!
