Brand new detached villa with private pool. The villa offers you spacious living/dining area furnished to a high standard with cable TV and DVD player. A well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. Two twin bedrooms with ample wardrobe space, the main bedroom has en-suite facilities and there is a further full sized bathroom. Leading from the lounge area there is a covered terrace with comfy wicker furniture. Plenty of space is available around the 6m x 3m pool for outdoor eating. To the side of the property steps lead onto a roof terrace which is perfect for sunbathing all day long.

Mar Menor Golf Resort is on the Costa Calida which boasts 250km of coastline along the shores of two seas: the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. Inland it is based between the two towns of Murcia and Cartagena. The famous La Manga Club is less than 15 minutes drive away. The nearest beach to Mar Menor Golf Resort is Los Alcazares which has a wide sandy beach ideal for children, away from the beach there are plenty of traditional bars and restaurants offering a wide selection of dishes catering to all tastes.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit must accompany bookings (within 10 days of booking) to secure the reservation. The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to commencement of holiday along with a security deposit of £200. The security deposit will be refunded 15 days after completion of holiday as long as no damage or loss has occurred during the letting period. Before each let the villa is professionally cleaned and towels and linen are laundered.

Located within the Social Club there is a first class restaurant and bar that has nightly entertainment. Also there is a beauty salon/ hairdresser, gym and tennis court. A lovely apartment, attractively furnished, clean and well equipped. Air conditioning was fine and there were fans in the bedrooms but I found that the aircon was sufficient in the bedroom anyway. Nice pool, not massive but plenty big enough for the size of the villa and very clean and well maintained. Gas bbq so don't buy coals like we did! The setting of the apartment is very nice but it is a little remote so you will need a car if you want nice restaurants and beaches. Owners were helpful and the details were accurate. All in all I would use this villa again and look forward to an excellent holiday.

We stayed here in July 2009 and were pleasantly surprised to find that the photos didn't do it justice. It was furnished to a very good standard and was very well equipped, a home from home. There was air conditioning in the living area but as it was very hot when we were there it would have been useful in the bedrooms.
Our two girls loved the pool which was very clean. It felt very quiet and private. Everything you need is on site but the restaurants are a bit limited and pricey so we mostly went into Los Alcazares, just a 10 - 15 min drive away.
Would recommend this villa.
