The spacious living/dining area has fantastic vaulted ceilings which ensures the property is bright and airy, with additional sofa bed if required. The villa boasts a large modern well equipped kitchen to cater for all your culinary skills. Outside there is a large solarium with ample space for private sunbathing if required. Off street car parking is provided underneath a fixed pergola. There is a covered patio that leads off the lounge ideal for eating out in the shade on hot summer days. The villa also benefits from having a large private pool (24ft x 8ft) and garden for your use.

Notes to the rental rates

• A 25% non-refundable deposit must accompany bookings (within 9 days of booking) to secure the reservation. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday along with a security deposit of £200. The security deposit will be returned 15 days after completion of the holiday as long as no damage or loss has occurred during the letting period. Before each letting the villa is professionally cleaned and the towels and linen are laundered. The villa has air conditioning and June to Sept we charge £10 per week for this service as demand is much higher. The following services are available at extra cost: welcome food pack, pick and drop off at airport or railway, and daily cleaning. Bed lined and bathroom towels are provided you will need to bring beach towels. Long term lets are available and the villa has central heating for the winter months. There is a constant supply of hot water. Any special requirements - please ask
  
• There is an irrigation system installed in the gardens which are planted with exotic foliage for your pleasure, this includes a tantgerine tree - please feel free to eat the fruit when ripe.
  The 24ftx8ft pool is professionally cleaned and maintained, but we ask that you shower and remove all sun oils in the outside shower provided .before using the pool as these will damage the tiles.
  
• Weekly rentals commence at 4.00pm Saturday (Spanish time) and end at 10.30am Saturday on the day of departure. (To a certain extent flexible).

The Resort

The Mar Menor Golf Resort is situated just 5 minutes drive from the sandy beaches of the Mar Menor, additionally only 10 minutes from the regions airport. On site facilities include the 5 star Intercontinental Hotel, shops, restaurants, sports centre, tennis courts, aerobics, spa and fitness centre, and 24 hour security. The resort is a private facility and can only be enjoyed by owners or their guests/tenants. All these facilities together guarantee a successful holiday for which you do not even have to leave the resort. Throughout the resort there are an abundance of exotic foliage, palms, fruit trees and fountains lining the wide boulevards. The famous La Manga Club with 3 championship golf courses, tennis facilities and the 5 star Hyatt Regency Hotel is a 15 minute drive, as is the La Manga strip. The quaint port of Cabo de Palos is a 20 minute drive with its fish restaurants and a Sunday market.

Golf Information:

The Mar Menor Golf Resort is the first out of four Polaris World Resorts to be completed in this 'golfers paradise'. This unique course winds its way amongst the villas with numerous green areas, shrubbery and trees surrounding this par 35 9 hole golf course. You will need a handicap certificate to play. The facilities include 9 holes par 36 and the course is endorsed by Jack Nicklaus. Additionally the course is being extended to 18 holes in the very near future. Facilities also include: modern driving range and putting green, golf school, club house and spike bar, hiring of golf clubs, trolly, cart etc. Green fee - 1 round - 18 holes, high season (Oct.1 - Mar. 30) 70 Euros 1 round - 18 holes, low season (Apr.1 - Sep.30) 50 Euros 1 round - 9 holes, high season 55 Euros 1 round - 9 holes, low season 40 Euros
