This 3 bedroomed Lola (Town House) is conveniently located 10min drive from Murcia Airport & 50min from Alicante. The property is within a secure gate community with two large communal pools with a separate shallow area ideal for younger children. The Lola is located 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, bars, banks & a supermarket and is only 10 minutes stroll to the beach. The beach has sunbed & parasols for hire. There are also many beach bars that all server tapas. You can also buy meals, ice creams etc. They are usually open from Easter onwards up to the end of September-October time. Some beach bars are open all year round on a weekend. There is a ferry boat that is located on the pier near the Old Town. It takes you across to one of the Islands in the middle of the Mar Menor, where there are some restaurants. Down at the front in Los-Alcazares they have laid a new promenade that stretches from the harbour over on the right towards the Airport, it stretches for about 3000.

Los Alcazares (pronounced 'los-alcatha-res') is situated in the Murcia region of south-eastern Spain, also known as the Costa Calida. The town sits on the western shore of the Mar Menor, a saltwater lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22 kilometre long strip of land called La Manga. The area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year. Bars, cafes and restaurants provide drinks, tapas, meals and entertainment, and the warm water of the Mar Menor helps make the town a paradise for bathers and waterspouts enthusiasts. The mineral-rich water of the Mar Menor is revered for its health-giving properties and the town still has thermal baths which have existed since Roman times. There is lots of sports locally available with 7 top class golf courses within a short drive and new ones under construction.

  • A deposit of £100 per week booked will be required to confirm your booking, with full payment due 6 weeks before departure. £100 refundable damage/excess clean/loss of keys etc is required with final payment and will be refunded within 2 weeks on our local agents confirmation. The property will be available from 5pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance, with the owners. Any bookings made within 8 weeks of departure must be paid in full on booking. No refunds can be provided for late cancellation (i.e. after full payment has been made) and you are recommended to look at insurance cover that is available to cover such eventualities.
