Los Alcazares is situated on the shores of the Mar Menor a huge salt lagoon formed by the strip of land known as La Manga The waters of the Mar Menor are warm and shallow and the beach is all sand. Los Alcazares enjoys over 300 days of sunshine each year. It is a hugely popular resort with both Spanish and foreign visitors, and is very busy during the summer months. There are loads of Golf Courses close by. La Manga (20min drive) is probably the most famous of these but also the most expensive!! La Serena and Roda (both within 10 mins) are well worth a visit. My wife and I, My step-daughter and Her partner have just returned from what was a fantastic week in this beautiful property. The standard of the house was excellent and the location perfect. We had been to the resort before, so We knew we would like it, but the accomadation made the holiday even better. Everything we needed was there and the pool is litterally on the doorstep. As it says in the description, a 5 minute walk takes You to a variety of bars and restaurants as well as a very well stocked supermarket. A further 5 minute walk takes You to the lovely beech. We would undoubtably consider renting this property again and We have already recomended it to some of our friends. If You enjoy a relaxing holiday in a nice quite resort this is the perfect accomadation in the perfect resort.l

Myself & 3 friends stayed from 11/3/09 - 18/03/09. House is spacious with everything you need for self catering and more. Resort is beautiful with a gorgeous beach 5 minutes away. Good restaurants and bars with very friendly staff. Recommend Pearls Place and Irish Bar. Very safe area and also spotlessly clean. Weather was fantastic, We are already making plans to go back this year.

We stayed in october for ten days, the house and the location was excellent. The gardens where tendered daily as was the pool, the house was lovely with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

My family and I have had a fantastic two week break in this townhouse, excellent location to the two pools on the development having two children aged 4 and 7 I was able to sit by the pool and watch them enter the house to go to the loo or fetch any refreshments without having to leave my seat !!! now thats what I call a holiday. The property is well equipped and clean on arrival.
I would recommend this property to all my friends and family.
The property is ideally located close to the local amenities, shops and beach all within a five minute walk.

Excellent accomodation in a top class location

Family 2+2 stayed for an extended holiday June/July2008, the property was as described. Excellent service from the owner and his local rep.
Facilities in the Albatros complex top class, with well maintained grounds, and a lifeguard for the pool in Summer months.
The Town of Los Alcazares with a well stocked supermarket and other shopping is only 5 minutes walk away.
The Celt Irish Pub was a favorite with the family. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

Beautiful well maintained beach within walking distance.
Would highly recommend the accomodation, the complex and the genearl area, family will be returning to holiday in the area.
