These houses and apartments are situated in Mar de Cristal. The ideally located village has a selection of shops and restaurants and is only a 5 minute walk from the beach. There are markets in the neighbouring villages which sell a wide selection of fruit & vegetables, meat, fish, household goods and many other items. La Manga Club is a short drive away which offers a whole host of activities including golf, tennis and spa facilities. There are a selection of shops and restaurants within walking distance but if you travel a little further afield you can find a large selection of restaurants offering national and international dishes at very reasonable prices. As well as this, the traditional 'menu del dia' offers a 3 course meal usually with a drink for around 8 euros which is a great bargain MORE PHOTOS AVAILABLE PLEASE EMAIL.

These beautiful bungalows are new and offer light and airey accommodation. They are well appointed and offer kitchen, utility area, lounge/diner, 2 good sized bedrooms with built in wardrobes, bathroom and good sized patio area. The patio doors from the lounge lead onto the patio area and from here you can access the pool. The pool has a separate shallow area for smaller children All bungalows have a roof top terrace which offer beautiful views over the complex and towards the sea . The complex has beautifully landscaped gardens which is where the communal pool is located. All properties in the complex overlook this area which is great if you have smaller children

This region of Spain is situated on the Costa Calida. The Costa Calida is on the South East coast and is the driest region of Spain and enjoying of average 320 days of sunshine each year. It is fantastic for a winter breaks and summer holidays. The Mar Menor is the nearest sea which is a large salt water lagoon which enjoys warm shallow waters perfect for all water sports and is also great for all the family The Mar Menor is famous for The Black Mud which is said to have therapeutic qualities and helps in the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis and other ailments. The waters of the Mar Menor can reach up to 30c during the summer months which is why this area is popular with divers, skiers and sailing schools. The area remains quite traditional with markets, festivals and many Spanish traditions untouched.

Local Activities: This region is very traditional and has a fantastic coastline. The calm waters of the Mar Menor is great for all the family. Mar de Cristal has a small selection of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The black mud from the Mar Menor which is believed to help relieve the pain of rheumatism, arthritis and other ailments. There are boat trips leaving from the port daily. They will take you around the vast coast of the Mar Menor stopping off for a meal along the way. (not all year) Scuba diving is popular in this area and there are schools in Cabo de Palos which organise daily trips by boat and offering equipment to rent. Also in the village there are tennis clubs with courts open to the public all year round, plus a roller skating rink and a full size go-kart track The area is mostly flat and so perfect for walking & cycling
