The Town House is located in quiet residential area yet is just five minutes walk from sandy beach and restaurants, 10 minutes walk from marina and shops. This house is spacious and well furnished with comfortable sofas and table lamps which makes it feel like 'home from home'. There is a well equipped full size kitchen with utility area located in rear courtyard. The master bedroom leads onto a balcony with sea and mountain views. Just opposite the house is a palm planted mound, with seating, from which there are truly wonderful views of Mazarron Bay. Puerto de Mazarron is a typical Spanish resort, with many Spanish having holiday homes here. The area is largely agricultural and the mountains provide a beautiful backdrop to the working port. Enjoy relaxing walks along the promenade while soaking up the lively Spanish culture.

We are located in a prime position for beach holidays. Nearest sandy beach 5 minutes walk but many beautiful sandy beaches within a short car drive. Most offer watersports, restaurants and bars. The town of Puerto de Mazarron boasts a variety of shops, restaurants, banks, and large Sunday market. The area is also very central for sightseeing. Visit Totana's authentic street market and its ancient Monastery.(30mins) Within an hours drive it's possible to travel south to Mojaca's majestic white-washed village in Almeria or north to Mar Menor, a spectacle of high-rise buildings seemingly afloat in a turquoise sea.

  • Low occupancy - £50 sterling discount for 2 persons during high season.
  • Bookings commence at 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and end at 10.00am on the day of departure.
    We require a deposit of £100 sterling per week with your booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. The owners ask for £100 Stirling deposit against breakages etc. This will be refunded at the end of the holiday period.

Several golf courses within easy driving distance including Camposol (10 mins) La Manga (30mins)Fuento Alamo (20mins) Ideal location for relaxed beach holiday for all the family as there are many beautiful beaches along the coast. Inland you can discover spectacular mountain villages, pine forests, ancient monuments and much more.

City life is only 20 minutes drive away (through the mountains) at Cartagena which is a bustling metropolis of port, ancient ruins, shops and much more. Costa Calida is relatively unknown and there is much joy in discovering your own treasures. The university city of Murcia is about an hours drive. Why not drive to Totana and then take the train into the city and enjoy the spectacular scenery. Local buses also run a regular service to both Cartagena and Murcia.
