Superb 3 bed townhouse overlooking the Mar Menor in Playa Paraiso. The property is finished to a very high standard and looks directly onto salt-flats abundant with bird life and the Mar Menor with its range of water sports and safe swimming conditions, making it ideal for families. To the rear are mountain views. The house is set in attractive grounds with private access to a communal swimming pool right out the back door. There are 2 spacious terrace areas, with a barbecue area, and a private patio in both the master and rear bedrooms with uninterrupted coastal views. There are 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, & a spacious and bright lounge / dining area. Within a 5 minute drive is La Manga club with its world famous Golf Courses open to non-members. For nights-in we have now just installed satellite television. The pretty fishing village of Cabo de Palos and La Manga strip are also nearby with a charming harbour and range of restaurants and water based activity.

Playa Paraiso is at the top of La Manga strip overlooking the Mar Menor, a natural lagoon with a constant temperature of 18 degrees, and shallow safe waters (maximum depth of 7 metres), making it ideal for children and water sports. Nearby are several golf courses, including La Manga Golf Club, with its world class facilities, and this property is ideal for those wishing to take advantage of the facilities there without the expense of staying in the club. The historic town of Cartagena is a short drive away, as are the towns of Murcia, Torrevieja and Alicante. The property overlooks saltflats, which is a protected national park and attracts an abundance of colourful birdlife. Calblanque National Park is also nearby, with its scenic walking routes. The beaches of the Mediterranean are easily accessible. The pretty fishing village of Cabo de Palos is nearby, with a variety of restaurants and local activities, as well as numerous small beaches and craggy coves perfect for snorkeling.

What a wonderful place you have here. The property is in a perfect location within short distance of a good clean beach and with beautiful views over the Mar Menor inland sea. Best discribed as tranquility at its best.
The swimming pool for the children is just perfect and safe.
Local shopping is friendly and more than adequate for our stay.
Definitely a place to visit, particularly with many low cost flights to the Murcia/Alicante area, making this excellent value

A few wonderful vacations my family and I pass in beach paradise.
The house is very nice, is big, comfortable and the most important thing is that you have of everything, you do not miss anything of anything of what you have in your house.
With air conditioning, kitchen chattels, tv, dvd, radio CD..... of everything, the most complete house that I have gone in my life .
La swimming pool is a marvel and these closely together of the beach.
Very adapted for major persons or marriage(couple) with children
