Ideally located three bedroom townhouse with front and rear terraces, only footsteps away from the beach 1 double bedroom and 2 twin rooms. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have large balconies and the master bedroom has views of the sea and salinas and one ground floor twin bedded room. There are 2 bathrooms, one very large upper with full size bath and shower and one on the ground floor complete with shower cubicle. The living room is extremely spacious with settee, TV and DVD player. The dining/living room has a dining table and chairs. Separate kitchen with hob/oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave and cooking utensils. The rear of the property enjoys a secluded sunny patio area with outside shower area ideal for sunbathing. There is a small utility with washing machine and outside sink. The property offers off road parking with fans in all rooms and portable hot and cold air conditioning units. Also patio furniture is available for 'Al Fresco' dining and drinking.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The property is prepared for you on arrival. Beds will be made up and towels for your use within the house will be provided (not beach towels). A welcome pack can be arranged for your arrival, which can be very handy if you're on late flights. This will comprise of tea, coffee, milk, bread, orange juice, water, bacon, eggs, ham, butter, cereal and toilet rolls this is on request at a small extra charge. A bond of 100 pounds is required which is returned at the end of your stay if the property is left in the condition it was leased in. A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking with full payment 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Any bookings made 8 weeks prior to holiday start date will require payment of the total rental. Transfer facilities to and from the airport can be arranged. A cleaning sur-charge of 5 GBP per extra person is applicable, if more than six people stay to cover extra laundry etc.

There are many restaurants near to Playa Paraiso especially the fish restaurants at Cabo de Palos a few minutes away by car, where you can sit outside and enjoy locally caught fish, washed down with local wines. Do not forget to visit the popular Sunday morning market at Cabo do Palos where you can buy your fruit and veg , clothes, shoes, leather goods, household implements and a variety of other interesting things you visit Los Belones village just 10 minutes away you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours and Bodegas (wine cellars). The Historic Cartegena (an old naval City) is less than 20 minutes away. There you will find El Corte Ingles departmental store and a Carrefour hypermarket also many other major stores great for a bit of retail therapy.

Other Activities: Mud baths, Go Karting, Quad Biking, Jet skiing, Kite surfing. Childrens theme park 'Peke Park' on La Manga strip 5mins by car.
