An ideal location, overlooking the Salinas de San Pedro (salt lakes) which is a regional park offering protection to flocks of flamingos, other migratory birds and wildlife. The property is within easy walking distance to the unspoilt Mediterranean coastline, the Mar Menor lagoon with it's 'Blue Flag' beaches and famous therapeutic mud baths. The typically Spanish town of San Pedro del Pinatar, has a wide variety of shops bars and restaurants. The bustling Monday street market offers a wide range of leather goods, clothes etc. as well as locally grown produce, fish and meat. Several first class golf courses are nearby plus those at La Managa. There are local night-clubs and bars in Lo Pagan, alternatively the larger town of Torrevieja is just a short drive away, there is a regular bus service or taxi's available. Torrevieja has many night-clubs, bars, restaurants, bowling, cinemas, go-karting as well as shops and a Marina. All of it is well worth a visit.
