This amazing town house is located only 100 metres from the Mar Menor in Lo Pagan. This is a popular holiday destination for Spaniards because of its great beaches, sea and warm water. It is a delightful holiday spot for families with children and elderly people looking for a quiet location and long walks on the beach. The property has been refurbished recently with five brand new beds (with orthopaedic mattresses for maximum comfort, a sofa bed, 29' TV, satellite channels and a DVD player). The house has 1 master bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms on 3 levels. On the Ground level is the living room with a working French chimney, a beautiful kitchen which has been recently renovated with new appliances and a small patio with one bathroom. On the First floor is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and a balcony and 1 twin bedroom with another bathroom. On the second floor is the other twin bedroom with access to a wonderful terrace with sea views.

The typical Spanish town of San Pedro del Pinatar has a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The bustling Monday street market offers a wide range of products.   • 30% of the total rental price is required in order to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival (including the £100 deposit). The deposit will be returned by cheque 7 days after the departure date, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the house. The price includes bed linen, towels (not beach towels), electricity and water. Ideal for winter holidays due to the heating system in the house.
  • Welcome packs are available for an extra charge.
    Airport pick up from Murcia San Javier airport can be arranged. Please ask for further information.

My husband and I and 3 teenage children stayed in this house in July 2009. We found the property to be everything we were told to expect. It is a very clean, comfortable and well maintained house which had everything you could need. The owner made sure there was fruit and water awaiting our arrival plus maps of the surrounding area. Her father was on hand to help with any problems (none) and went out of his way to ensure we had a good stay and showed us the best supermarkets, bakers etc. The weather was wonderful every day and the air conditioning in the house was a haven to come home to. We enjoyed the fact that the house was literally just off the beach and that the people on either side of us were Spanish which allowed us to enjoy their culture. It felt an incredibly safe place to be and we would recommend this property.
