This is a terraced house with rooftop solarium located within walking distance to local beaches & warm waters of the Mar Menor, with its shallow calm waters, ideal for young children. Here there is its famous therapeutic mud baths to heal skin complaints & rheumatic ailments. There is a nature reserve on the salt flats which has varied bird life including flamingos giving scenic views in early morning and evening. Surrounding area is flat and ideal for cycling, bikes can be hired locally. There is a market on Mondays. San Pedro is a typical Spanish town with tapas bars & restaurants typifying local Spanish culture. One of the largest Spa in the area called Thalasia and the adjoining hotel are now open. These are located approx. 100 yds away. The property is situated on a newly developed site and the area directly in front of house is awaiting landscaping.

There is a wide variety of bars, cafes, shops, also a culture theatre and the main church in the square.

Preferred changeover Saturday, but it is flexible. Departure is normally 12 noon arrival 4pm again flexible. In peak season a surcharge is payable if a booking is made midweek, this needs to be agreed at the time of booking.

    Discount available for bookings of two week or more.
