This property is furnished to a very high standard giving you luxury in the sun, equipped with air-conditioning (all rooms), satellite TV, fully fitted kitchen & 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite). The three storeys contain a roof solarium providing a private area to top up that sun tan. Excellent location near to the popular mar menor which is a warm water lagoon ideal for families the water is warm all year which is a 15-20 minute walk. There is a nearby mud bath in lo pagan where the mud is good for skin and medical conditions. Family swimming pool is located at the rear of the property and open all year.

It is available for long or short term let, we have other properties similar closer by and can accommodate large parties please inquire.

The Property is close to children play area, pine forests and only 15 minutes walk to the shallow warm waters of the Mar Menor. Santiago de la Ribera; The town of Santiago de la Ribera is situated on the North shore of the Mar Menor, 5-10 min drive from Murcia (San Javier) airport and 25 min drive from the La Manga strip. Santiago de la Ribera evolved from a fishing village into the premier summer holiday destination for well-heeled Murcian families, who built their houses along the coastline. Although Santiago de la Ribera has a modern, exclusive feel with an attractive esplanade flanked by palm trees that run the length of the beautiful sandy beach, it has not lost any of its original charm. An excellent sailing club, a water sports school & scores of excellent bars and restaurants.

The town of Santiago de la Ribera, which is sited on the north shore of the Mar Menor, with its fine bars, cafes and glorious seafood restaurants is a delight to visit. Like most of the Spanish towns near to beaches, Santiago de la Ribera has its share of first class restaurants and is ideally situated to ensure everything is fresh. There is a local street market every Wednesday which provides fresh produce and high quality leather goods and clothes. The sandy beach stretches for 4 miles following the promenade around the non tidal shallow waters of the Mar Menor and is the largest salt water lagoon in Europe. The waters of this 'lagoon' have an average depth of 3.5 metres with a maximum of 6.5 metres. It is a magnificent natural swimming pool with temperatures which are maintained but the sun of approximately 30°C in the Summer months. This makes it an ideal place for all types of water sports.

Santiago de la Ribera: There is ferry service operating across the Mar Menor from Santiago de la Ribera to Puerto Thomas Maestre on the La Manga Strip. It is appx two hourly through the winter and takes 20 minutes. Bicycles are permitted on board for a small extra charge.

The area is a haven for all types of water sports, including sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing and diving.

The average annual daytime temperature here is 24 C and the winters are very mild with little rain. With over 3000 hours of sunshine a year and such a mild climate, the water temperature can reach 30 C in summer.

The area also boasts many excellent golf courses, including Campo de Golf Villamartin, Real Club de Golf Campoamor and the famous La Manga Club.
