The villa is situated on a large site in a rural area on a new development, although close enough to all amenities. The pool is 10m X 5m and has sun all day. There is seating and an eating area on the terrace and another eating area in the garden. There is paving around the pool with sun loungers. The property is well equipped trying to accommodate home from home comforts. The villa has air conditioning and a fireplace, it also has satellite TV and a music system with a selection of DVDs, videos, CD’s and books. There are a selection of games for inside and outside. Ideal centre to visit numerous golf courses.

Villa 'Round-To-It' is situated 15mins from San Javier and 15mins from the natural lagoon called Mar Menor which has 73km of coastline, with tranquil villages, and the waters, which are rich in salt and iodine, are some of the best in the area. There are numerous water sport sites and the lagoon is about 18`C all year. There are approx 10 different golf courses within 60 mins drive, including the World famous championship La Manga Club, Villamartin, Las Rambles & Campamoor and several more under construction. San Javier has a shopping mall with various food outlets, shops, bowling and a cinema. Murcia has a Cathedral, church and Casino. Cartagena, an ancient port is the second most important city in the region and is the centre of the mediterranean Maritime Department. Further shopping can be found at Torrevieja, which includes another mall and hypermarket and also at Murcia. A water park, Aquopolis, can be found at Torrevieja and a sea life park at Benidorm.

Just returned from Villa,Had the best holiday ,perfect for my family,fully equippted had all the amenities for the perfect holiday,kitchen was ideal,sky tv a must for relaxing and taking time out from the sun,the bedrooms were great,fully air conditioned & to cap it all off the pool was 1st class,clean and so refreshing The children stayed in it most of the day,The Villa is top class
it is the best one I have ever been in,just the right distance from all the hustle and bustle of resort centres,drive to beach is approx...15 mins at most,car is a must for all shopping,We chose nearby Polaris world resort with supermarket for our first shopping spree then as got to know area ventured to more local ones. The nearest Hyper market is Dos Mares(Eroski).
Thank you very much for one of the best Holidays ever had in spain,

Another Great Holiday

This year was our second at Villa Round to It. Again we had a great time, and we've booked for next year. Everything about the villa is great, the air conditioning in the bedrooms is the best, the pool is great for cooling down and games! The kids can escape the sun by watching sponge bob on the TV! Suits everyone. We hardly left the villa apart from shopping. As the villa is a bit isolated organisation on the shopping is a must, but it's a small price to play for such a great villa. Don't eat till after dark and the flies won't annoy you - then it's all back in the pool for more fun and games! Villa is ideally laid out for two families with 2 wings for each set of 2 bedrooms. Can't say enough nice stuff about the place, and Karen the owner is very helpful.
