Sleeps 8, 2 double rooms with en suites, 2 twin rooms with shared bathroom

Villa El-Verano is set in its own grounds (1000m) on a small quiet development; this is a rural area although close enough to all amenities.

The villa is situated on a top corner plot with open countryside all around, lovely views especially from the upstairs terrace, (also has table & chairs). The property is very secure having lockable outer gates as well as standard Spanish style window grilles and shutters.

The large outside tiled patio area surrounds a 10m x 5m private pool, facing south with plenty of space for sun loungers and outdoor games.

There is a covered terrace with table, chairs and a large barbecue for alfresco dining.

The property is fully equipped, it has hot and cold air conditioning, air circulation fans in bedrooms, a fireplace for those autumn evenings, satellite tv, music system, DVDs and CDs, books and games, high chair and travel cot available.

Car: necessary

Villa “El-Verano” can be found midway between Murcia and San Javier. Murcia has a large cathedral, a casino and plenty of shops. San Javier is only a 15 minutes car journey and has the airport known as Murcia airport. More shops and a large shopping mall with cinema and bowling, not to far away is the ancient port of Cartagena, home of the Mediterranean maritime department.

Approximately 10minutes away is the natural lagoon of the Mar Menor with 73km of coastline and tranquil villages. The waters are some of the richest and best around with plenty of water sport sites.

Within a 60minute radius there are 10 golf courses with more promised including the world famous championship course of la Manga and Villamartin. Not to far up the coast is Torrevieja which has further shopping, hypermarkets and a water park. There is a sea life park in Benidorm.

The nearest restaurant and tapas bar is only 5 minutes car ride away at Valle-Del-Sol, serving a wide range of affordable local foods

Villa El verona

it was amazing to have a swimming pool outside which is just for you and your family and you can sit outside on the balcony and eat tea and you can stay outside till 10:30 in the pool on our own at night. Rob and Char.

Car is an essential must, the facilities and the detailed information as you get there is a very good customer service i e local shopping centres, local beaches and local restaurants and also included the local supermarkets including iceland which is a must with our son!!

If you are requiring a holiday away from all the the hustle and bustle but within driving distance if you want this too this is a villa with a must.

In the villa there was nothing that we didnt have.

Will be going back again next year.

Brilliant Villa fantastic weather

We stayed at this lovely Villa last July - we had fantastic weather during the heatwave wow - there was 7 of us all ages and we could not fault the Villa at all - we spent most of the time in the pool which is a very good size. Car is a must as the nearest bar seems a long walk in the hot sun. Would go back without a second thought
