The villa is newly constructed on a large plot and is part of a new rural development. The large outside tiled patio area surrounds a 10m x 5m private pool facing south with plenty of space for sun lounges and games. There is a covered terrace area with tables and chairs, also a good sized roof terrace with table and chairs. The property is fully equipped with most creative comforts, it has hot&cold air conditioning, air circulation fans in the bedrooms, a fireplace for those autumn evenings, satellite TV, music system, with a selection of DVD’s, CD’s, books, and games. Travel cot and high chair available.

Villa “El-Verano” can be found midway between Murcia and San Javier. Murcia has a large cathedral, a casino and plenty of shops. San Javier is only a 15 minutes car journey and has the airport known as Murcia airport. More shops and a large shopping mall with cinema and bowling, not to far away is the ancient port of Cartagena, home of the Mediterranean maritime department. Approximately 10minutes away is the natural lagoon of the Mar Menor with 73km of coastline and tranquil villages. The waters are some of the richest and best around with plenty of water sport sites. Within a 60minute radius there are 10 golf courses with more promised including the world famous championship course of la Manga and Villamartin. Not to far up the coast is Torrevieja which has further shopping, hypermarkets and a water park. There is a sea life park in Benidorm. The nearest restaurant and tapas bar is only 5 minutes car ride away at Valle-Del-Sol, serving a wide range of affordable local foods
