Situated in the golf and holiday resort of Mosa Trajectum, Murcia, Costa Calida. The resort is only 15mins drive from the City of Murcia and the nearby sea and sandy beaches of Mar Menor and the Costa Calida. Nearby airports are Alicante (50mins) and San Javier Murcia (15mins). 20 mins drive from Categena. The resort is bordered by a UNESCO owned Nature Reserve and as a result there is a no-fly zone over the resort. The area has a number of protected nature reserves. Ideal for cycling. We enjoyed our stay. Development very quiet but very safe. Pool lovely and the rep (Nico) was helpful. Could do with some screening as pool backs onto road (although it was very quiet). Enjoyed the tennis courts.

15 days in a golf club of Murcia

Description accurate, property clean, good customer service ! We recommend this location warmly for 4 to 6 persons ! The place is quiet, there are 2 restaurants around, you are next to cities and the bach. We recommend the calblanque beach and the bar ZM (zeta eme) along the mar menor. After the stay, we received quickly the 300€ "caution" from the owner.

Honest rent : the description is accurate, it is well-maintained, the neighbourhood is quiet. After the stay, we received quickly our caution. If you have a car, you have many things to do around.

We had a fab family holiday in May 09, so handy to the airport, large private site, beautiful pool and everything for the kids, washing machine, dishwasher, large living room and for adults, golf, sports bar on resort, something for us all etc etc....had a great time on the beach and the cost of a trolley load of food and wine so cheap...wish i could live there all year....will be back again...

Property is clean and well maintained and is as advertised. The location is great for golfing yet it is only a short drive from Murcia city or the beach itself.

The place is ideal for a family as well as a group of adults - kids are safe their since the property is bounded by a wall. There is a basketball court and table tennis tables across the road making an ideal break from the pool. Walking around the area is also very safe for those that like to walk/run for exercise.

Apart from the property, the area itself is well maintained and is quite safe with security at the entrance gate to the whole resort.

Shopping areas are a short distance away (either towards San Javier - Dos Mares or towards Murcia - Carrefour), so it is easy to "stock up" for the weeks supply of food (important with a family) as well as just general shopping. There is an English bookshop in the shopping mall (Dos Mares) in San Javier for those that like to read on vacation. There is also a small filling station at the resort entrance with bread/milk/cereal type supplies if you arrive late.

We really enjoyed our holiday - we were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (6 and 8) - the kids enjoyed the pool and the large space in the garden, and we enjoyed the privacy and safety offered by the boundary wall.
