The villa is in Los Urrutias, a small coastal village. It has a grocery store, Thursday market, hardware store and many restaurants. There are historic roman ruins in Cartagena. You can set foot in the Mediterranean 20 minutes away in La Manga. Los Urrutias is central to everything. This location is perfect for active families as well as retired vacationers or couples on a romantic get-away. Nearby are tennis courts, grocery store, movie theater (Spanish) and only 5 mins to walk to the beach. Plenty of night life can be found in La Manga, a 20 mins drive away.
