Situated 20 minutes from Murcia (San Javier) Airport and 45 minutes from Alicante Airport, - 3km from the lovely resort of Los Alcazares, with its numerous shops and restaurants, the villa offers a tranquil family retreat or an ideal base to discover the area by car.

You can set foot in the Mediterranean 20 minutes away in La Manga. Los Urrutias is central to everything. This location is perfect for active families as well as retired vacationers or couples on a romantic get-away. Nearby are tennis courts, grocery store, movie theater (Spanish) and only 5 mins to walk to the beach. Plenty of night life can be found in La Manga, a 20 mins drive away.
