A modern 6 bed 5 bath detached villa with private pool and full air-conditioning. Six bedroom 5 bathroom and a large living room, can sleep up to twelve. The villa also has a well equipped kitchen (including dish washer ), tiled bathroom (with bath/ shower), third bathroom with a shower and large patio by large private pool(9m by 4m).. The Villa is situated on a lovely quiet area only 5 mins walk from the sandy beach in Bolnuevo. The shops and restaurants are also only 5 mins walk. The Villa is non smoking. We have some English satellite TV and a full size table tennis table

Bolnuevo is 50 mins drive from Murcia Airport or 80Mins From Alicante airport. Bolnuevo is a Spanish town with international appeal, restaurants and shops, with many stunning beaches along the coast road. Only 25 mins drive away is Perchelles beach near 'Canada' is a must see destination. There are tennis courts nearby and two excellent golf courses within 20 minutes drive. The climate is dry, sunny and warm virtually all year round, with winter temps not going below 15 degrees and summer being mid 30's.The area has deserts and mountains as well as blue seas and sunbathing. The Batteries of Castillitos are situated 15km away and make an interesting trip where you can explore two massive guns that had a range of 35km.

We stayed for 2 weeks in August 09. A big family group celebrating a number of significant birthdays. Villa was all we hoped for and more. Good quality accommodation and a great pool in a nice neighbourhood. Very well placed for access to the beach and small town. Quiet setting suited us well but there were enough bars and restaurants to keep us happy over the 2 weeks. Also easy bus ride to next town. I would highly recommend this villa.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Lovely villa

My family stayed at the villa for 2 weeks in Aug 09. The villa was bigger than we expected and was very clean and tidy. The villa is set in a fairly quiet location, which was perfect; it had a good selection of bars & restaurants and was only a short bus ride away from the next town.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
