Villa Cindi offers very comfortable accommodation with its own 8mx4m private pool, gardens and well furnished patio area from which extensive views of beautiful mountains and stunning sun sets can be observed whilst enjoying the barbecue facility. It is fully air-conditioned with a ducted dual hot and cold system serving its bedrooms, lounge, hallway & dining areas. It is a well presented detached Villa with two double bedrooms and sleeps four people comfortably. Located on the prestigious Mazarron Country Club it is equipped to a high standard and offers off street secure vehicle parking. The nearby beaches harbour and golf courses are within a ten minute drive from the villa. In addition a communal swimming pool, bar/restaurant & tennis courts are located approximately 5 minutes walk from the Villa. A golf course is to be built with the nearest tee approximately 200 yards from the Villa.

Villa Cindi is situated in the prestigious Mazarron Country Club about 4 miles inland from Puerto De Mazarron. On the Costa Calida, a relatively undiscovered and unspoilt corner of Spain, it is easily accessible from Alicante and San Javier (Murcia) airports. The towns of Mazarron, Puerto De Mazarron, Cartagena and Murcia are served by a good road network. There are miles of clean beaches with clear waters, soft sand and a stunning backdrop of cliffs and mountains. The attractive sandy beaches of Puerto Mazarron, Bolnuevo, and Isla Plana are only a 10 minute drive by car. The Murcian coast is one of the foremost places in Spain for scuba and cave diving. The nearby Sierra de Espuna Parque Natural is a paradise for climbing, hiking and mountain biking. Golf courses located a short drive from villa.
