This new two-storey semi-detached villa has on-site 24 hour security with a gated entrance to the resort, providing an exclusive and private holiday or golf location. The villa is furnished to a very high standard & comprises of an open plan kitchen which is very well equipped, with separate utility room. The lounge is very spacious, with Satellite TV providing all the major channels. Patio doors to both front and back provide lots of light. The downstairs cloakroom is fully tiled in marble as is the main bathroom upstairs. A beautiful staircase leads up to the two air-conditioned bedrooms both having large fitted wardrobes with inner drawers. The landing area leads onto a large sun terrace with sun loungers provided. It is a private & south facing rear garden with the upper sun terrace provides a shaded area downstairs. The villa has everything you need for that perfect holiday!!

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of £200 is required to secure booking with balance paid 8 weeks before commencement of stay.. This deposit will be returned within approx 7-10 days of departure assuming no breakages or damage. Also if an excess clean is required, the cost will be deducted. Cancellations up to 6 weeks prior to arrival will have 50% of the deposit refunded, 6 weeks & under there will be no refund. We ask the property to be vacated at 10.00am on day of departure as the villa is professionally cleaned before & after every letting. The villa has air-conditioning and central heating – June to Sept we charge £15 per week for air conditioning. The above rental prices do not include the cleaning & laundry fee of 75 Euros, which is paid on arrival to the management company.
  • Long term winter lets available. Sorry no groups under the age of 25 years old.
  • 'Welcome Packs' can be arranged prices on request - paid locally on arrival.
    Airport Transfers can be arranged from both Murcia (San Javier) & Alicante Airports - prices on request - paid locally on arrival.

The 5 star Inter-continental Hotel now open, and once all other Polaris World golf resorts are complete as a resident you will have access to them all. You could follow the Jack Nicklaus Trail on courses like Mar Menor Golf, El Valle, La Torre, Hacienda Riquelme and La Loma. This course is to be extended to an 18 holes course but in the meantime you are in close proximity to many other 1st class golf such as Las Ramblas, La Finca, La Manga, Campamor and many others. The area has lots of places of interest, golf or sightseeing, it will be impossible for you to get bored. There is a bank, supermarket and medical center located in the resort social complex which has a gym, tennis courts and swimming pool. A real home from home holiday. A Lovely Holiday

Our holiday on the Mar Menor golf resort was lovely. The villa was furnished too a high standard, was very clean and very comfortable and for a family of 2 adults and 2 children (11 and 9) was plenty big enough. The air conditioning was great and a must in August when we were there. The pool was also great and although there is a large communal pool nearby we never felt the need to check it out.

The location of the villa was ideal as it was very peaceful yet only a 5 minute walk to all amenities. There is a small supermarket on site for all your daily needs, including currency exchange, with a couple of larger Mercadonas nearby off-site.

I would recommend the hire of a car to explore the area. The local beach at Los Alacazares was just 5 minutes or so by car and is ideal for families with younger children as the beach is very gently sloping and being in a lagoon the sea is very calm.

Los Alcazares also has a good selection of different restaurants and we didn't have a bad meal all holiday. I would definately recommend the El Patio 2 restaurant for some genuine Spanish cuisine and the Wok 222 for some eat-as-much-as-you-like Chinese for around £7 a head.

The owner has a couple who look after things at the villa, Linda and Neil, who met us on arrival to hand over the keys and show us around and also popped in to maintain the pool. On the one occation we had to call Neil to advise that the pool water was becoming a little cloudy he was there in 10 minutes and had the problem sorted in half an hour and it's good to know that if ever you have any problems at all at the villa they are on hand to assist.

After 6 or 7 years of all inclusive hotels we fancied a change this year and although this was our first experience of renting a villa we will certainly be doing it again and can thoroughly recommend both the Mar Menor golf resort and this villa.
