This luxurious detached villa is situated in a quiet area of the Jack Nicklaus Polaris World Golf Resort, yet only 10 minutes stroll to the town centre. The air conditioned property consists of a large lounge area comprising of two sofas and dining area. The 2 bedrooms are larger than most other 2 bed villas with either twin or double beds. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave with grill, and toaster. The garden and lawn has an area for outdoor eating with patio table and chairs. The outdoor stairs lead up to a large sun trapped roof terrace with soft furniture, loungers, table and superb views. The villa is equipped with satellite TV incl BBC & ITV. DVD/CD player. Only a short walk is one of the 15 superb communal pools and the tennis courts are nearby. La Torre Golf Resort is situated just 15 mins from the Mar Menor and Mediterranean Sea. It is ideally located on the C3319 San Javier to Murcia dual carriageway, which is just 15mins from Murcia Airport or 50mins from Alicante Airport. The historic city of Murcia is 20 mins drive away and Cartegena, Cabo de Palos and La Manga just 25 mins drive. The many sandy beaches of Los Alcazares, Santiago de la Ribera, San Pedro and Lo Pagan are within easy reach. The beautiful hilltop towns of Mula, Caravaca la Cruz, Cehegin and Bullas are 50mins. The breathless Seirra Espuna is worth the 50 min drive over some stunning mountain scenery. Lorca Castle is a fantastic day out, one the kids would love too. Cartegena just 20 mins drive is a bustling port with boat trips, the Roman Theatre museum and superb shopping area.   • A £100 returnable deposit must be paid at the time of reservation and will be returned to the client within 7 days of departure, after final inspection and provided there is no damage to the property.
    £75 cleaning charge applies paid with final balance.
    Pool wristbands require a deposit of 5 Euros each, up to a maximum of 4 bands. This deposit is returnable after safe return of each wristband in good condition.

WE have just returned from this villa and cannot wait to return. There is everything you could possibly require in the villa. This included games and toys for the children. It is in truely immaculate order and is very well furnished.
The owner provided excellent service and information about car hire, supermarkets, roads and any queries were no problem!
I would thouroughly recommend this property but please look after it as we want to go back!!

An excellent spacious villa with everything that you would need for a self-catering holiday. Very safe, clean & secure resort with some nice features.

Good location with excellent road access - use both exits as you could save yourself a few miles. Nice area with some good beaches, water sports and sightseeing.

Very nice and well equip villa super comfortable king size bed.
Perfect resort for golfers two very good sets of golf clubs for your use but I would suggest for a Lady to take their own as they were quite heavy.
There is no village near by so a car is a must. There is a good supermarket on site and plenty of restaurants and of course the famous Irish Bar which we thought was quite expensive until we tried the club house for a drink. Outside the resort drinks are much cheaper but our advise go to the supermarket and have your drinks on the verander in the villa and then hit the Tapas Bar.
There was plenty of swimming pools but the weather was not good enough for us to try them out. One very good thing about the resort you felt very safe which is not all ways the case in Spain.
Would we go again yes.
