This luxurious detached villa is situated in a quiet area of the Jack Nicklaus Polaris World Golf Resort, yet only 10 minutes stroll to the town centre. The air conditioned property consists of a large lounge area comprising of two sofas, and dining area. The 2 bedrooms are more spacious than most other 2 bed villas with twin beds. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob with a door leading to the garden. The garden includes an area for outdoor eating with patio table and chairs.
