The house is located in a rural area in a small hamlet of 5 properties, each surrounded by at least 1 ha private ground. Our house is within a 7ha oranges and lemon field, 1 of which belongs to the property. The hamlet is on a top of a hill with a view on Mediterranean see & Mar Menor. A direct 6kms road connects the area to San Pedro del Pinatar & to the AP37 Motorway. A new Golf course just opened 2kms from the house: 'Lo Romero Golf' (please, do not hesitate to contact owner website link or further information about the golf courses).
