Comfort and style .....: The floors throughout the villa are in hand-made, waxed terracotta. In the living-dining area there is a wood-burning fireplace with a panoramic glass front. The round dining table caters for 4/6 and there is a comfortable leather sofa, plus individual relaxing chairs, satellite television and DVD player. French windows lead to and provide a beautiful view of the Moorish style patio, terraces and swimming pool. The kitchen and two bedrooms open onto the living room thus providing unrestricted access for all guests at any time. The modern kitchen is extensively equipped with Bosch appliances: fridge-freezer; dishwasher; stainless steel oven and microwave that are all housed in quality wooden kitchen furniture and all set into a dark green granite worktop. The vitro ceramic gas cooker has a stainless steel hood, with halogen lighting, along with all the items required for cooking.

Restful sleep assured .....: The first twin bedroom, facing north-east, with a view of the Sierra Nevada, has French windows leading to the terrace and the garden. Both beds have ergonomic mattresses and there is an en-suite bathroom with a shower, wash hand-basin, bathroom cabinet and toilet. The bathroom leads to a small utility room for storage where there is a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. The second twin bedroom, faces south, with a view of the Sierre de Lujar and it, too, benefits from the inclusion of comfortable ergonomic mattresses. There is an adjoining family bathroom with a hydro massage bathtub, a wash hand-basin, bathroom cabinet and toilet.
