Lovely villa in private and enclosed setting with direct access off main road, on the outskirts of Orgiva town (1km). The property is tiled throughout and comprises 2 double bedrooms (one double, one twin )living/dining room with fireplace, fully tiled family bathroom with washbasin, shower and w.c. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, hob and refrigerator. Large paved vine covered terrace and patio area with seating, barbecue and filtered swimming pool 8x3.5m. The extensive gardens are immaculately maintained and there are stunning views to the mountains and the whitewashed villages of the surrounding areas.
