In a small secure gated complex with communal pool, the Mallorca Atico Penthouse is situated about 150 meters from the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment has 2 floors with 140sq mtrs of living space & benefits from 2 terraces, one on each level, which can be accessed from all bedrooms & the living area. Both terraces have stunning, uninterrupted views of the Alcossebre coastline & one has built in BBQ. The 1st floor has a bright & spacious lounge with English Sat. TV & a dining area with an open fireplace & dining table with 6 chairs. There's a large separate kitchen comprising of oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer & washing machine. A twin bedroom & the bathroom with WC are also on this floor. The 2nd floor has a shower room with WC, a twin & a double bedroom both with wardrobes. Ideally situated between Las Fuentas marina & Alcossebre, all bars, restaurants & shops are minutes walk away. Plenty of parking space. Children welcome (cot available), but pets not allowed in the complex.

Situated between Alcossebre and Las Fuentas on the 'Orange Blossom Coast' in the Castellon region, just an hours drive north of Valencia, and an hours drive south from Reus (Barcelona) airports. Only ten minutes walk away from the Sierra de Irta national park, which has public footpaths to take you through the park. There are also five 'blue flag' beaches along the coastline, with trampolining & volleyball. For the evenings, there are plenty of quiet bars & restaurants within close proximity. The bustling little towns facilities include, shops, banks, tourist information centre and internet cafes. In neighbouring Benicassim there is large splash park ideal for the kids. Two 18 hole golf courses are within 40 minutes drive from the town. A large Go-Karting track is situated on the outskirts of Peniscola just 10 minutes way from Alcossebre.
