A new light and airy first floor apartment. Patio doors lead on to the balcony with part views over small farms and fields. Almond orchard to side of property. There are two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. In addition there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. The large living area has a lounge, dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There is a TV (UK and Spanish programmes), portable music system with radio, CD and tape player. Underground garage with allocated space, and lift serving 3 floors. Secure entrance hall. Gated gardens and pool with showers and seating. Small children's pool attached. Although situated on edge of town it is only a 5 minutes gentle walk to beach ( blue flag Carregador), town shops, restaurants and cafes. Other beaches are close by, 10 mins walk.

Situated approx 80 miles north of Valencia, Alcossebre lies on the Costa Azahar,The Orange Blossom Coast. The small town is surrounded partly by Sierra de Irta (National Park), partly by small farms growing mainly oranges almonds and olives.This relaxed friendly town has small family owned shops, great restaurants and fine beaches ideal for families. 25 minutes away is Peniscola with its magnificent castle where El Cid was filmed. Be there in the afternoon to watch the fishing boats unload their catches. Explore ancient, wonderful hill top villages or take the children to the Universal Studios at Port Aventura (90minutes). Benecassim has a splash park, Oropesa del Mar the largest salt water spa in Europe, and Peniscola a go-cart track all within 20 minutes driving distance. A trip to Valencia or Barcelona can combine a day of old and new with history and shopping. The region has much more to offer e.g. caves, prehistoric paintings .
