Turquesa is a private Luxury Seafront apartment located on the promenade of Gandia Beach. The apartment is on the 5th floor with a wonderful view of the whole length of the beach and promenade. The view stretches as far as the yacht club. The apartment has direct access to the beach crossing the promenade. The Apartment comprises 1 double room and 2 twin bedrooms. The double and 1 twin room face the sea with direct access to the balcony, 10m long, the other faces the swimming pool. The balcony is 25 square metres, has a table, 6 chairs and 2 sunloungers. There are 2 bathrooms, , WC and wash-hand basins. In the lounge there is a large sofa, tables and 6 chairs.T.V. Plasma D.V.D. The apartment has a lift and a covered car park. The building has a swimming pool, and a large terrace suitable for children to play and for sunbathing. The building has only 2 steps for accessing, suitable for disabled people. FOR WINTER WE HAVE A HEATED POOL AND GYMNASIUM AVAILABLE IN ANOTHER BUILDING

Gandia beach is the popular part of Valencia with a beautiful sandy beach, port and yacht club. Gandia town has excellent shopping facilities, historical city centre with a large cathedral. It is connected to the beach with a bus service every 15 minutes early morning until late evening all the year round. There is connection to Valencia city by train from the rail Station. An ideal alternative to a day at the beach is a visit to Valencia City, The Prince Philip science/arts complex along with aquarium, world´s biggest and a planetarium. The new Bioparc-zoo has just opened its gates. Animals roaming freely without barriers. Valencia is confirmed as the first European F1 Grand Prix venue; first taking place in August 2008 it will be the only street circuit outside of Monaco, finally elevating Valencia to its deserved position as one Europe's most exciting excellent international cities.

Further Details: There are 2 supermarkets near the apartment for you to stock up on. Booking duration: Please note that the minimum booking period for the apartment is 1 week (winter time), 2 weeks in July and August. Golf: There is a championship golf course at Oliva Nova golf club (a few km from Gandia) as well as a driving range and health spa. Car Hire: is recommended. There is a rent a car office (Europcar) in front of the rail station. We can arrange for booking for you. Gandia Beach: Gandia Beach stretches for nearly 20km and is a blue flag beach. It is maintained to an extremely high international standard and is lined with showers, toilets, litter bins and has many facilities for children such as a wooden pirate ship with slides, many beach volleyball courts and football pitches and many exercise equipment for children and adults alike. The promenade is 3500m long and is lined with palm trees, seated areas and shaded areas. See attached photography.

We are just back from Gandia after spending two and a half months in this beautiful apartment. We had a wonderful time at the apartment and in the region generally. The owners of the apartment did everything possible and a little more to make our stay truly memorable. The description of the apartment was not accurate as we found the apartment to far exceed the description, quality all of the way. The apartment was ideally located to vist the main towns of the region. Besides the local amenities of the beach and promenade which are magnificent and are an outstanding credit to the local spanish authorities we were drawn time and time again to the incredible city of Valencia which is just a short train ride away from the next village Xeraco and the cost for a return journey on the ultra clean and efficient train service was a mere €5.30 for the return journey.

We would highly recommend this property and the owners to any potential customers and can be contacted by telephone if further information is required.

We were so content with our 10 weeks in the apartment that we immediately booked the apartment for the same period again.
