Self contained apartment situated on a quiet hillside behind Oliva, with beautiful views to the mountains and the sea. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4, and has one bathroom with a corner bath and shower over. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, linen is provided and bath towels are included. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside there are a number of sun terraces, barbecue facilities and a shared swimming pool.

The apartment is in the residential area of Tossal Gros which backs on to a protected nature park. It is close to the town of Oliva and the village of Font D'en Carros, and a quiet restaurant with an attractive garden and play area is only 150 metres away. Oliva itself is a short drive from the apartment and boasts a weekly market, shops, restaurants and several large supermarkets. For those wanting to experience a variety of designer shops, Gandia is only a fifteen minute drive and there are two covered shopping centres with shops, restaurants, cafes and a bowling alley within a short drive. A variety of sandy beaches are a ten minute drive from the apartment, as is the golf course at Oliva Nova. The attractions at Benidorm such as the water park and Terra Mitica theme park are within easy reach, and the capital of the region, Valencia can be visited by car or by a pleasant train journey.

Just wanted to confirm that this apartment was wonderful..My wife and i loved the thought of being high up on the hills and we sure were... If your not driving, then this is not for you..A car is a definate must, The saterlite TV was still not working when i got there, but to be honest like the last review its not what i came on holiday for. My wife and i just totally relaxed either by the pool, where we had it to ourselves, Pat who rented us the apartment came to our aid when we got lost on arrival, that will teach me to rely on a sat nav,......that had to stop working..But then the directions from Valencia Airport was so easy....i felt a little silly.. Bottom line is.....if your looking for peace.beautiful views,then for the price of this apartment..you will not be dissapointed.....Loved it....Thankyou Pat and Nick......feel the batteries are re-charged......not sure just how long though, but thats another story....

Excellent apartment

My wife and I have just returned from a lovely week staying in this apartment.
I would recommend it to anyone. It is perfect if you want a bit of peace and quiet and is fairly secluded.
When I say it is secluded it is virtually at the top of a development near the summit of the hill its on. Not sure how high it was, but going by the views I reckon it beats Pendle Hill. Of course you need a car, and good hill climb driving skills to reach the appt. At first the hill seems daunting but you soon get used to it.
There is a pool which you have almost exclusive access too.
The only downside was that the sat tv did not work, although there is a good selection of DVDs and cds to keep you entertained, and im sure the tv will be fixed in the future. It didnt bother me as I was happy to leave home behind and relax for a week.
I would go back if the opportunity arose again.
If you do go ask about the barbecue because we never found it?
