This lovely apartment on one level offers modern, comfortable accommodation and is ideal for a holiday or as a house hunting base. The apartment has a secluded courtyard and upstairs the use of a garden and large sun terrace with an 8m x 4m swimming pool which is shared with the owners and one other rental house. The apartment has a lounge with a sofa bed, satellite TV, a VCR and a DVD. The fully fitted American style kitchen has a large fridge/freezer and gas cooker and microwave. There is a good sized bathroom with a full size bath and shower and WC; the main double bedroom has a large fitted wardrobe and the single bedroom has a single free-standing wardrobe and drawer unit. Ceiling fans are fitted in the lounge and main bedroom. There is ample parking and the property is just a 5 minute stroll to the main part of Oliva town and a 5 minute drive to the stunning sandy beaches. We have now added a full size table tennis table and a dart board for the use of our guests.

Oliva is situated on the most southern part of the Costa Azahar in the heart of the orange and lemon growing area and borders the Costa Blanca. This provides the unique balance of traditional Spanish living and easily accessible tourist attractions. It is just 1 1/2 hours from Alicante airport with the busy towns of Denia and Gandia only 10 minutes drive away and the beautiful city of Valencia can be easily reached by car or train. Two covered shopping centres are 10 minutes drive from Oliva both incorporating many cafes, shops and a bowling alley. Oliva beach is golden sand with shallow, safe bathing and there are plenty of bars and small shops and lovely restauarants some specialising in local fish

This apartment is close to Oliva town in a quiet location. It was clean, on one level and well maintained with the owners living close by. Pat & Mick were friendly and helpful and their two dogs delightful. We were staying here in the run up to Easter and there was a parade in Oliva old town which was very close by and interesting to see .

A good bar/restaurant within walking distance which was popular with locals and tourists alike.

We had a good holiday and would recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit the area.
