The sun drenched 45 square metre patio overlooks the hills to the rear. The patio has a ceramic table and chairs for 6, and 4 sun beds. There is also a brick built barbeque for your use. The apartment is well equipped with all needs catered for, including TV, stereo, dvd, selection of CD's and tapes, washing machine, dishwasher and a very well equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a hydro bath. All linen, except beach towels, are included. The apartment also has secure underground parking. The apartment has a children's play area and communal pool. The apartment is close to the beach, about a 5-10 minute walk, a 15 minutes walk from the salt water spa and sports facilities and 5 minutes walk from the supermarket. Please note the pool is closed in the winter months for maintenance.

Notes to the rental rates

• Prices for long weekends available on request.
  Will accept Sterling or Euro payments.
  Normal changeover days are Saturdays from June to September, but can be flexible. Apartment must be vacated by 10 on date of departure and is available from 4pm on arrival. However, these times can be flexible depending on availability. Please request if changes are required.
  An additional amount is charged for Easter and Christmas bookings
  Secure payments to be made securely by PayPal.
  
• 20% deposit required at time of booking and must be received within a week of confirming the booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
  £150 refundable deposit required in case of breakages.
  
• Welcome food packs can be arranged locally at an additional charge if required.
  Collection from the train station can be arranged at an additional charge.

Marina D'Or

The Marina D'or holiday complex is the largest holiday village in Costa Azahar. It has been tastefully built with consideration to the local environment. The gardens are beautifully maintained and contain plants from all 5 continents. The beach is sandy and clean and sunbeds are available. The sea is gently sloping and safe for children. The complex has a number of restaurants, catering to all tastes and budgets plus bars. There is a large spa, with both indoor and outdoor pools that offers beauty treatments as well. Marina D'Or will be expanding in 2009/10 to its sister resort Marina D'Or Golf. This will be located 3km away and contain 2 18 hole golf courses, designed by Sergio Garcia and Greg Norman
