The apartment is positioned overlooking the swimming pool and has beautiful views of the sea and countryside. Located on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor apartment block, this is a wonderful, safe and private location for families. Very spacious with a large balcony for private sunbathing, if you don’t want to walk down to the pool. Built on the urbanization of Nerea, the property is located about 1 mile from the centre of Peñíscola, very close to the Mediterranean and local beaches. Basic Sky TV is available with free-to-air channels in the lounge and both bedrooms, channels included BBC & ITV networks Ch 4 & 5, Sky News, CNN, and radio

The Property is located about 1km from the centre of Peñíscola, on a natural viewpoint over the sea, very close to the water. The old town of Peniscola is very picturesque - built on a peninsula. The centrepiece is a medieval castle which was occupied in the 15th century by rebel pope, Benedict XIII. The streets are cobbled and narrow. There are lots of restaurants, shops and miles of beaches.

Great apartment, friendly helpful owner

My husband, two kids and Jack Russell recently stayed in this apartment. I was more than impressed with the condition and cleanliness and equally delighted with the comfortable beds! It is quiet at the moment (out of season) which suited us but there is still plently to do in the surrounding area. You will need a car to get around.

After a few dodgy rentals experiences, it was great to discover this place. It's excellent value for money and also has the bonus of a friendly and helpful owner, thank you to Scott. We will definitely return.

GOLF AND BEACH

Lovely unit on a nice clean complex. My husband went for golf and I went for the beach. ( I won the location, so John had to drive to the golf course) Unit is large enough for 2 couples to share without problems, though kitchen is small.
Couple who look after the unit for owner were the best we have ever found though out rentals in Spain and France.
Have already booked for next year.
