Bungalow in Oliva Nova Golf Resort, Valencia - Costa del Azahar, Spain. Modernly furnished 2 bedroomed bungalow with attractive garden on three sides, next to Olive Grove. Communal pool and childrens pool. Within walking distance of unspoilt natural 10km sandy beach and 5 star Oliva Nova Hotel and Spa and PGA golf course. Golf complex consists of tennis courts, driving range, pitch and put, club house, spa and beauty salon, boutique, launderette, patisserie, supermarket, tapas bar, Irish bar, restaurant, bank and hair salon. Very upmarket resort but relaxing, suitable for couples or families.

Located 7 kilometres south of Oliva Town - The Oliva Nova Golf Resort is situation directly on the Valencian/Alicante coast in an unspoilt area surrounded by Olive and Orange Groves. It boasts the only protected beach in the Costa Blanca due to its natural sand dunes. The resort is 15 minutes drive from Denia Port and 20 minutes drive from Javea. The airports of Valencia and Alicante are 1 hr approx drive.

The nearest town is Oliva, which boasts a variety of restaurants, bars, Friday market and variety of shops.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental Rates for winter long term are negotiable

    Prices are from £300 in low season to £500 in high season - all rates are negotiable.
    This includes hire of all linen and towels.

    20% non refundable deposit payable, balance payable 6 weeks before departure.

    A security deposit of £200 is payable on booking, to cover any accidental damage to property or contents, which will be refunded after holiday if there is no damage.

    Pick up can be arranged from either Valencia or Alicante airports for an extra charge.

Fantastic

We were 2 adults and 2 kids in this excellent bungalow.
The bungalow has all for a familiy like ours and the surroundings are outstanding. Nice garden, pool-area, big pool-area at the golf-hotel and fantastic beach within walking distance.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
