Luxurious 2 bedroom air-conditioned bungalow, situated in the gated residential Malibu Beach II on the prestigious Oliva Nova Beach and Golf Resort. Very popular with couples looking for a luxurious romantic get-away or families searching for a holiday with all the required facilities at hand. Within walking distance of the beach and Oliva Nova Hotel and Spa and Golf Club. There is a wonderful shared pool close by, and as many of the properties are privately owned it rarely gets busy. perfectly located for you to explore the area including Pedreguer, Altea and Denia.

Notes: Our accommodation has been furnished to a very high standard. The kitchen is fully fitted and has been furnished as a home from home, with washing machine and the ultimate holiday luxury a dishwasher. Basic cleaning provisions are provided, all we ask this what you use up you replace. The small front garden has a table and chairs for families wishing to have the facility of eating in or having a BBQ. Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing board and clothes-airier are all supplied. The lounge has two leather sofas one of which converts to double bed. A TV with limited satellite channels, DVD/CD player, a DVD and CD library is available. Indoor dining with seating for six people. Parking is close by.

Local Beaches : Facilities within the Oliva Nova Resort should keep everyone amused. Protected by the unspoilt sandy dunes, the beach is just a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive away - you can enjoy 20km of fine golden sand, with cleanliness recognised by the EU blue flags. It is swept everyday gently shelving into the sea therefore ideal for families. It is also a very popular area for kite and wind surfers during the summer months. A variety of Spanish beach bars are open from May to the end of September. Within the resort is a children’s playground, during the school holidays, the hotel runs a children’s club.

Hotel and Spa: The Hotel boasts a fantastic Spa, known as the 'Body Love' centre, it has an indoor swimming pool, with Jacuzzi area, a Turkish Bath, Lemon scented bath, Mixed and Ladies Sauna's, Gymnasium and Relaxation Room. They also offer an extensive range of beauty treatments, including manicures, pedicures, waxing, relaxing body packs, Hydrotherapy treatments and various types of massage. The Hotel also has two bars, the main Hotel bar and also the Shamrock bar, two very good restaurants one of which the 'Oliva' offers a fine dining experience not to be missed. Within the grounds of the Resort, you have the two further bars, both which serve food, hairdressers, supermarket, patisserie, medical centre and a bank, all these are within a 10 minute walk of the bungalow.

Golfing Holidays: The Golf Course at Oliva Nova is a 18 hole, par 72, PGA approved. Designed by Seve Ballesterous it hosts the qualifying rounds of the European PGA Tour. It is made up of 4 par 3's, 4 par 5's and 10 par 4's. Teeing off times can be arranged on request. There is another PGA gold course, within 20 minutes of Oliva, at La Sella, therefore giving Golfers the option of playing two good quality courses.

Accommodation was fantastic, great to have the facility of a washing machine and dishwasher. Swimming pool was fantastic and at the times we went, we were the only family using it. The Cleaver Family (Sep 2005).
Leworthy March 2006 - It was wonderful to see Spain unspoilt, the apartment was very clean and tidy, we will be visiting again.
DeWulf July 2006- Everything was excellent it was really pleasant to find such a modern convenient house the local beach was one of the best we have ever found.
