Casita Sanchis is a cosy self catering apartment/casita in Valencia area. Its wonderful rural location means you can walk into the mountains from your back door! It's a superb spot for walking, cycling, painting, photography and bird watching.Winter breaks Brilliant for a budget holiday in quality accommodation. The casita has been completely modernized. The kitchen area is well equipped. Cosy lounge.Availability November A large summer kitchen to use complete with BBQ, Paella and Pizza oven. Additional crockery,utensils,and seating area .TV and DVD. Lots of seating areas. Private terraces with sun loungers around the private pool which is 8x4 meters with solar shower,and enclosed by a grape vine and pomegranate trees for summer shade. Plenty of evening entertainment in town.Winterbreaks cheap Nov. All linen and towels provided. Car hire essential. Casita Sanchis is approx 2 miles from the lively Spanish town of Ontinyent which boasts some of the most spectacular fiestas in the region. With a choice of over 75 bars & restaurants, cinema, sophisticated shops. The casita itself is on the sunny side of the mountain 'partida de solana'. Wonderful rural landscapes of Sierra Grossa,Mariola, Many places of interest within 10 kilometre radius. Bocairent, Xativa, Fontanars all have plenty to see. Valencia city is a train ride away. The city has wonderful historic buildings, botanical gardens and lively night life. The cv 60 allows you to be on Oliva beach in 30 minutes. Alternatively the lagoon at PouClar is a 5 minutes drive away. Great for a dip and picnic. Great area for walking and bird watching. Lots of local vineyards/cellars. If you fancy a day in Benidorme, it is 1 hour 30 minutes away. Ontinyent is mid way between Alicante and Valencia airports both are suitable which helps in getting best price for fares.

However the use of all the garden which has 10,000 square meters of land and a traditional Spanish summer kitchen area including paella oven, pans,indoor BBQ , and lots of fire wood! The outdoor space, private pool ,and stunning mountain views make this rustic Spanish casita a great holiday base. There are at least 3 dinning areas for balmy evenings by the pool. Owners are able to provide information and maps of the area. We can also arrange hire of all baby/toddler equipment.

We and the children were so happy with the stay, that we decided to go back the next summer and we enjoyed the second stay again. We had the swimmingpool on our own,and an extra place with barbecue and freezer. There was possibility to have reiki our massage, what we can really recommend. It is a perfect place to relax in a quiet neighbourhoud. You need a car, but there are lots of interesting places to visit like Valencia, beaches,..The casita was simple, but clean and the owners are very friendly!

What a fantastic place for relaxation!....one of the best holiday destinations we have experienced.
The casita was well equiped, well maintained & clean.
The surroundings are awesome,
Bev & Rodger are brilliant people, so friendly, helpful & welcoming.
It is set in a wonderful area to explore, a truly Spanish experience.
I will definatley visit this property again & I can highly recommend it.

Just want to say big thanks to Bev and Rodg for our holiday. Not only warm and friendly, but our two children loved them too. Apartment was very clean and comftable. With outdoor space to die for, stunning views all around. will no doubt be coming back one day, as We fell in love with the place. Again many thanks to Bev and Rodg for making it an special holiday.

We stayed during March particularly for Fallas week.
Very convenient for exploring the whole region and the train service into Valencia from Xativa was excellent.
The casita very comfortable and an ideal base with everything we needed.
Bev and Rodg very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble
We hope to return later in the year and take advantage of the pool and gardens.
