Accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms (1 with en-suite and direct access on to the terrace), further shower -room, lounge/dining room with double sofa bed plus TV and DVD player, and kitchen with utility area. The apartment is fully air-conditioned/heated and also has underground parking with lockable garage. The terrace offers beautiful views over the large communal pool, the Seve Ballesteros designed PGA Championship golf course and over to the beach. The Oliva Nova resort includes miles of beautiful unspoiled beach, some bars and restaurants, leisure spa, tennis courts and a commercial centre with shops, bars, medical centre and bank. The Golf Club also has a Club House and driving range.

The 5 star Oliva Nova Hotel and Beach resort is situated 3 km south of the traditional Spanish town of Oliva. Oliva has an historic centre, unspoiled by tourism but offering a good selection of bars and restaurants as well as an extensive coastal area with miles of blue flag beaches and bars. 12 km south of Oliva Nova is the more commercial resort of Denia, with its castle, marina and night market. Within half an hour's drive are other popular coastal resorts of Javea, Moraira and Calpe as well as beautiful hills and mountains and 3 other golf courses. Oliva Nova is also well placed to visit the beautiful city of Valencia and the famous Oceanografic centre, as well as the many tourist attractions and theme parks near Benidorm.
