The property is situated on the 12th hole of an award winning golf course. A 10 minute walk past the golf course, through olive and lemon groves, you reach the protected unspoilt blue flag beaches and sand dunes.

The apt is located approx half way between Valencia and Alicante Airports, both of which are approximately an hours drive away. Within 10 mins drive is the nearest historic town of Oliva, where a typical Spanish way of life can be enjoyed. Nearby is Denia where the port serves daily crossings to the Balearic islands. A train station is also located here which serves the entire Costa Blanca and beyond. Benidorm is approx 45 mins drive away where numerous theme parks can be found to amuse both the young and old alike. Gandia, Javea, and Moria are also within driving distance. Gandia also serves as a main train station for trips to Valencia or further afield to Madrid or Barcelona.

  • Rates are inclusive of water, electricity, etc. Towels are also provided with the exception of beach towels.

    Off season short breaks minimum rental 3 nights, with flexible arrival/departure times. Peak season min 7 nights rental. Changeover days are Saturday, and apt is to vacated by 10am.

    20% non refundable deposit is payable to confirm booking, the remainder is due 6wks prior to arrival. Late bookings, full amount is due.

    A £200 refundable security deposit is also required against damages, lost keys etc.

Festivals: Oliva has lots of fiestas so there is a good chance that something will be happening locally whenever you visit.

SANTISSIMA SANG is the first fortnight in July, where the bulls are run down the main street of Denia into a bull ring in the Harbour. There, young people taunt and tease the bulls, who usually end up charging the participants into the sea.

Bull fighting takes place at the historic Moorish bullring in nearby Ondara.

Golf:

The luxurious apartment is located on the 12th hole of the exclusive challenging 18 hole PGA golf course designed by Seve Balesteros.

It is in close proximity to the unspoilt blue flag Beach's and has a driving range and golf school, 9 hole practise course and full size course.

The club house is central to the course and enjoys panoramic views over the golf course and nearby mountains. The club house Golf shop and restaurant are open to non members. Oliva Nova Golf hosts many celebrity, amateur and professional tournaments throughout the year.

'Everything that was needed was available, showers were good, beds were fine, and the air con was a god send, all in all perfect for our needs and I’ll have no trouble in recommending the apt to our other friends.'

IDEAL FAMILY HOLIDAY

This apartment is ideal if you like a quiet holiday away from the hordes.It is very clean and well appointed and being on the ground floor is ideal if you have an infant in a pram .The pool is about 12ft from the Patio and you can always find shade in the complex if it gets too hot. The beach is about 12 mins walk away and is one of the finest I have seen in Spain and you will always find space on it unlike the larger resorts. The nearby towns of Gandia and Denia are very nice and have some excellent Cafe/ Bars and Restaurants.Valencia is about an hours drive away and is a beautiful city well worth visiting. The Restaurant in the Golf Clubhouse on the complex was excellent value and you can dine on the balcony overlooking the Eighteenth Green. Obviously the apartment would suit 3 couples who were keen on golf but it is ideal for families too. All in all a great place for a holiday which I would recommend for those who like a more peaceful holiday and who are willing to drive, as a car is required.

Mary is a most helpful owner who arranged for a cot for our baby grandaughter and has provided games ,books and TV/Videos in the apartment in the unlikely event of wet weather or boredom ! A Great time was had by Gran and Grandad, two daughters and sons in law and baby girl.

Oliva Nova apartment

We had a wonderful holiday with our four young children. Pool was metres from the back terrace and a huge hit! The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Lots of beaches and activities within short driving distance. We'd definitely go back.

I truly enjoyed your lovely home. From the pool and mountain views, to the comfortable lounging sofa to the kitchen area full of all the amenities, your home was truly paradise where I relaxed, read, and felt rejevenated. You thought of everything from extra books and movies to picnic gear for the beach and a hairdyer too! Not a care in the world but to enjoy the sun and views! Thank you!

Great Girls Getaway

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Not only was it beautiful, it was clean and well-stocked with everything you'd need. The pool is literally steps away, and great for relaxing. The beach is pristine, with stunning views of the mountains. There is a bank, grocery store, as well as bars & restaurants right in the complex, so if you don't have go far to find anything you need. If you do venture out, Denia, Benidorm, and Alicante are short car trips away. We had a wonderful experience & would highly recommend spending a holiday here! Thank you Mary!
