The two apartments offer first-rate accommodation with comfortable furnishings. These top floor adjoining apartments have two balconies and each has a large private roof terrace. There is plenty of space and privacy to enjoy the outdoor life, the cooling sea breezes and the view over the golf course to the beach and sea or the mountains. Both flats have fully-fitted kitchens and air-conditioning has been installed and there are fans in all the bedrooms. There is underground parking, a shared garden and good sized communal pool. The apartments are a leisurely fifteen minute walk to a wonderful beach and are right next to the golf course complex. The complex has its own shopping facilities, bank, a medical clinic and a resort style hotel with all the recreational facilities. The old town is an easy drive away and offers fine restaurants and cafes.

The apartment has been furnished to a high standard to ensure a comfortable stay. A private stair case leads to the large roof terrace which is not overlooked and offers views over the golf course to the sea and behind to the mountains. These views can also be enjoyed from all the windows in the flat. The balconies are perfect for those alfresco dinners. (The 65m3 floor area does not include the roof terrace)

Alternatively, Benidorm is less than an hour's drive away with its modern attractions, including the excellent Terra Mitica Theme Park. Oliva is off junction 61 on the A7 motorway that links Valencia to Alicante.
