Superb house on Olivia beach, near golf with climate control and pool
For bookings 2 people or less we offer a fantastic discount of £75 per week (not peak season)in this superb adosado situated in a fantastic position on a quiet avenue and yet only 100m from the beautiful white sands of Oliva beach. This luxurious adosado is has a shared outdoor swimming pool(open annually from 1st June). From the balconies you have a fantastic view of the sea and the beach and with only a few minutes walk you will find many local bars and restaurants. The accommodation is extremely well laid out and immaculately presented It offers a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom with single bed and pull out guest bed. One bathroom and WC and one fully equipped kitchen. The lower floor consists of a garage with beach equipment a summer kitchen and a complete shower room for washing down after being on the beach with WC. The bustling town of oliva is minutes away on the local olibus where there is a fantastic Friday market, lovely paseo and street cafes.

Oliva is situated on the borders of the Costa Blanca and the orange blossom coast of Costa Azahar. It is a Spanish market town which is developing and provides an ideal contrast of tourist attractions and traditional Spanish living. Oliva beach is typical of the vast white sandy beaches in this area. It is unspoiled and has the added safety of a protected chain of sand dunes. It also carries the European clean water blue flag award. There are no high rise buildings on Oliva beach due to strict planning restrictions.

Payment is only excepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.

A 25% deposit is required to secure booking. Balance of rental is required eight weeks prior to reservation. A damage deposit is payable before departure of £100 to cover any breakages etc. This will be returned within two weeks of departure.
The adosado can be accessed after pm on the day of arrival .it must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to allow for a thorough changeover clean.

Long term rentals available at special rates please contact for info. We also offer a 15% discount for late bookings taken within 3 weeks of rental and for bookings of 3 weeks a 15% discount for the 3rd week.
Please note our prices include a meet and greet service and a complimentary welcome pack also clean linen once a week.
We provide bath and hand towels for use in the Adosado but not beach /pool towels.

| Notes: | The accommodation is suitable for adults and older children. Care would need to be taken with young children on the balconies and by the pool. The house is in a residential area and is suitable for rental all year round. The furnishings are of a high quality and all new in 2005 and care has been taken to produce a superb holiday home in probably the best beach location in the area. The adosado is only a short walk or drive from the prestigious Oliva nova golf course in one direction and the harbour of club nautico in the other. It is literally only a two minute walk from the beautiful Oliva Beach and also has the advantage of a shared outside pool. There are also buckets and spades for the children, indoor board games and many DVDS. The house has a new climate control system fitted for 2006 so you will be cool in the summer and warm in the winter. |

For golf enthusiasts the prestigious Oliva Nova golf complex is just a few minutes drive from the Adosado.This course was designed by Seve Ballesteros. It is reasonably priced and boasts a fantastic clubhouse where you can easily spend the afternoon or evening with a cool drink watching the golfers play. For boat lovers the Adosado is a short walk from Club Nautica which is a lovely place to sit,enjoy a drink and a meal while you watch the local fishermen sail by with the days catch. Oliva beach is superb boasting beautiful sand dunes, play apparatus for the children and volleyball nets for all.It has pedalos during the summer months but never becomes overcrowded and so is a safe and relaxing place for all the family to spend the day.
If you find it difficult to persuade the children to come off the beach why not let the day roll into the evening and enjoy a lovely meal at 'Ali Babas' restaurant where they specialise in making pizzas from the traditional wood fired ovens....the smell is fantastic. This is situated right on the sandy beach so the children can enjoy playing in the sand while you relax with a drink. There are many other restaurants and cafes all within walking distance and to suit all budgets but we must stress that this is not noisy resort with loud music bars but is geared up for a relaxing holiday for families and couples.
