We prefer a Minimum of 2 weeks rental in high season for the months of July and August. For one week occupancy please add £90 to the rates for this period. Linen is provided free but laundry will be charged at 2€ per item. We will waive this charge providing the number of items does not exceed 30 and the villa is left in a clean and acceptable condition for the 'changeover' cleaners and incoming guests. The cleaners' mandate is to change the linen and check the inventory and property for any damage and make the villa presentable for the incoming guests as you would expect on your arrival.

Las Fuentas is situated on the Orange Blossom Coast and is set in a typical coastal picturesque Spanish region of 'Costa Del Azahar'. Surrounded by miles of beaches, and inland mountains and fortresses to ward off the enemy. The private villa is situated on one level accessible through the garden by a flight of steps (the ground floor is void - garage / for further development of 3 bedrooms in future). The large balcony overlooks the garden and swimming pool and view to the sea.

Large Balcony:

This area although small in comparison to the rest of the villa, will be the 'hub' of your stay. It will be used for eating, drinking, reading, star gazing, and all the usual 'what you should have done' conversations. The semi - covered dining area seats a comfortable 6 / 8 people with an open barbecue - 22 is the record for a celebration 'sit down' lunch & dinner combined but admittedly with a slight squash. The balcony leads directly to the spacious lounge (26.3 m2), which includes Satellite TV & Video, Radio & Cassette & CD Player.

GOLF / LEISURE ACTIVITIES: The region of Valencia which includes Costa del Azahar is fast becoming a very special place in Europe for tourism and leisure. From Nature Parks at Benicarlo, Water Parks at Benicasim, and a Huge Planetarium at Castellon. The region is also a paradise for nature lovers with 20 Nature Parks throughout the coastal region. Tennis, Water Sports (including diving), horse riding are all available within the local community.

Golf Information:

GOLF / LEISURE ACTIVITIES GOLF – Sergio Garcia’s Home Club – The Club De Campo Mediterrano is only 40 minutes south near Castellon. This scenic 18 hole course offers classes if needed in English, Spanish and French. There is also a comprehensive driving range with 40 bays to practice THAT SWING. This is a great course and in my opinion the best in the area. The most famous is The Panoramica Golf & Country Club - 18 Hole – Par 72 - course designed by Bernard Langer in 1995. This challenging course boasting wonderful views of hills and mountains is situated 40 minutes North of Las Fuentas near Vinaros. It offers a 50 bay driving range, lessons in English & Spanish and an extensive clubhouse with excellent bars, restaurants, and amenities
