We have a beautiful villa near Gandia & Oliva, in the village of La Font D'en Carros. We are situated by car 60 minutes from Valencia airport & 80 minutes from Alicante airport. The large accommodation is split into two villas, the owners occassionally occupy the top floor & the four-bedroom villa on the ground floor is available for rental. Both levels are totally private with separate entrances & patio areas. There is a lovely new swimming pool, for your private use during your stay, which has a south facing sun terrace, sun beds, table & chairs. The rental villa has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, utility room, large living room/dining room with French doors leading onto the patio area, from which you can enjoy the wonderful views across the orange groves to the mountains. There is also a bbq area adjacent to the patio, large enough to cook all you might need for outside dining. The owners, when there, will not interfere with your holiday, but can help you, if required.

La Font D'en Carros is a small Spanish village, with bars, supermarket, local shops & amenities. The nearest large town is Gandia, about a 10 minute drive away, which has loads of shops, restaurants & history. The villa is in an idyllic location for a beautiful relaxation holiday, or close enough to Gandia, Benidorm, Javea, Denia, Alicante & Valencia for more entertainment. Some of the most stunning beaches in Spain are within easy reach, only 10 minutes from the lovely beaches of Oliva, or 15 minutes from the wonderful beaches of Gandia Playa. Or why not just explore & find your own. We also have an 18 hole golf course near Oliva, & numerous other courses in the Valencia/Alicante areas. The area also offers numerous theme parks, water parks, nature parks - all within easy reach.

Services - Towels & bed linen will be changed on a weekly basis. Please note: separate pool/beach towels are now provided. To avoid the possibility of ants or other unwanted visitors, which can become a problem in warm countries without proper care - we request during your stay you keep the villa clean & not leave any food items unwrapped. Daily bin emptying is also requested - we do not have 'wheelie bins' here as in the UK, but there are bins in the street where the sports ground is for you to use.

As with all holidays, it is your responsibility to take out adequate travel/medical/accidents insurance. Our villa insurance does not cover you during your stay. Even though we advise you to have your own transport, we can provide airport pick-up & return and a local daily taxi service. This can be provided on reasonable rates - please enquire. We, or our representative, will be at the villa on your arrival to give you the villa keys & any information you require.

If required, we can provide a further 3 double bedrooms for rental.

Golf: Within 15 minutes to a 30 minutes driving distance from our villa, there are 6 golf courses in this beautiful area for you to enjoy. There are a further 6 courses within a 1 hour drive, and another 9 further afield. After receiving your booking enquiry, we can send you the details of the web site to visit to see all these wonderful courses.
