2 bed, 2 bath town house in Oliva Nova Golf and Beach Resort on Costa Del Azahar

I contacted the owner for a last minute booking for 5 days, for the house and was quoted a price by email, which seemed fair and within my budget. This was agreed and I arrived at the townhouse to be greeted by the owner's representative, who told me that I was only expected for 3 days, he phoned the owner, who agreed that he had made a mistake and that a 5day stay had been agreed,(this he could not disputeas it was agreed in email form)I was then told that I had to pay extra for my stay, even though the price had been agreed by email and that he was not prepared to honour his price. The whole business was very embarrassing and as I had nowhere else to stay I had to agree to pay more money, even though I had only budgeted for the cost quoted. The house was adequate and clean. I emailed the owner upon my return, to ask him for a refund to the original price quoted, but never had the courtesy of a reply. This is not a professional way of conducting business and spoilt my holiday as I had not enough money in my budget. Please be wary about booking from this person. I rent my own holiday home on this site and would never conduct business in this way and would always honour an agreed price, as customer satisfaction is important to me
