Nestled on the side of a mountain, overlooking pine tree clad mountain, town of Oliva, & Med Sea. Breathtaking scenery. Huge pool, lovely terraced gardens. 5 min drive to Oliva town, 10 min Gandia, only 5km drive to award winning beaches of Oliva. Sport features high on the list of things to do, several golf courses nearby, including the famous Seve Ballesteros at Oliva Nova Golf. Ideal for week, weekend, golfing trips etc. Groups welcomed, corporate events, mountain bikers, bird watchers, fishing etc. The property consists of 3 buildings - 2 S/C studio's, 1 x 3 bed main villa, and separate block of 6 double/family rooms all with en-suite, tea/coffee facilities, sat TV and private balcony, all overlooking the pool, hills and some sea views. The complex can be rented out in its entirety on self cater basis. Close proximity to Valencia and Gandia .

Oliva is on the Costa Azahar, which borders the Costa Blanca., and is within easy driving distance to neighbouring towns and villages such as Denia, Javea, Moraira, Calpe, Altea and Benidorm to the south and Gandia, VAlencia to the north. Studio: 2 studio's with double bed, bunk beds, kitchenette area, en-suite bathroom.

Golf: Within approx. 15 minutes drive is the famous Seve Ballesteros Oliva Nova Golf course. There are several other marvellous golfing courses surrounding our area of Oliva.

Fantastic holiday, photo´s do not do it justice. Had a wonderful time, and will thoroughly recommend to our friends.

Christmas at Villa del Artes was one of the best Christmas´s ever had.

Villa Del Arte was fabulous, exceeded our expections, would certainly go back again.

My whole group thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Villa del Arte. The welcome was wonderful with a case of wine as complimentary! The essential groceries was most welcome as we arrived late, and was able to sustain our appetites. The rooms were well furnished and clean., with views over the huge pool and town and sea was simply fantastic. We hired the cook Hazel, who cooked a delicious paella for us all, which really gave our wives time to chill out and relax. Simply the best!
