Large family villa and flat near golf in beautiful countryside

Twenty miles from Valencia airport, this large, newly built family villa is only minutes drive from the lovely village of Real De Montroy with its supermarket, weekly street market, family bars and sports centre. This is not a location for those wanting discos & all night entertainment. The villa is built on 750 sq metres of land, large iron gates and a 6' high wall all around. It has a large pool, garden & ground floor terrace as well as a first floor sun terrace with fabulous views. The house sleeps 9/10 people in four bedrooms and lounge. There is also a fully equipped, self-contained one bedroom apartment above that sleeps 4. The properties can be rented separately or at a special discount together. The city of Valencia is 20 minutes away. The world famous El Bosque golf club is nearby. The national park of Albufera with its lakes and wildlife is 30 minutes drive and the resort town of Cullera, with the famous aqua park is 35 minutes on the motorway

This is a villa with four bedrooms, one en suite. The house is completely tiled and beautifully finished. There is a separate shower room and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave and dishwasher. A utility room off the terrace has a washing machine. The lounge diner has a table & six chairs although most eating is done on the terrace which also has a large table and chairs. Upstairs the roof terrace leads to a private flat. This also has a full kitchen, dining table and lounge. A very large shower room and toilet and big master bedroom. there is also a sofa bed that sleeps 2 adults. The flat is not suitable for small children or disabled people because it is reached via the balcony.

Balcon de Montroy is set in hills 5 minutes from the village of Real de Montroy. The house is surrounded by olive groves and orange trees. This is a beautiful location close to the lakes of Dos Aguas, 13 miles away. Fantastic day trips include 2 national parks and Valencia, the 3rd largest city in Spain. The people are friendly and very welcoming. The town of Piccasant, provides train access to the city but should not be overlooked for market day and lovely restaurants at reasonable prices. If you can't resist shopping its only 20 minutes to Bon Aire, a shopping mall to rival Blue Water that's close to the airport. Alicante is only 1 1/2 hours away and the coast boasts many famous resorts including Calpe, Gandia, Denia and Benidorm if you decide you need a change. 3 hours in the opposite direction takes you to Barcelona, the most exciting city in Europe. The really adventurous will drive 3 1/2 hours inland to visit Madrid. This central location offers something for everyone.
