Rustic detached white washed casita with private pool 8x4, situated within oranges groves, yet only 10 minutes walk to Oliva town and 3km from beautiful golden beaches.The casita is very secluded with tiled patio, great views over the town and sea, and own swimming pool with tiled sun bathing areas sunloungers and table and chairs, BBQ and vine covered terrace for shade and outdoor eating. The casita has been refurbished and extended in keeping with its rustic style. There is TV, DVD player, mini hifi, and two sofabeds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom, three bedrooms, one double with en suite bathroom and two twin rooms. Linen is provided excl beach towels and the pool is serviced and cleaned twice weekly.

When i went to stay at the Casa, it was absolutlely gorgeous. It was perfect for what we wanted, a very quiet holiday getaway. Everything you described to me was spot on and as you has told me. It was extremely helpful to have the pool boy and maid being english, as we were able to get useful tips for places to eat out and where the local places were. There was one miserable day when we sat in and played the games that were there, and watched some films, i found that brilliant. Many thanks for a superb holiday home. I will definately be going back. x

7 girls enjoyed a lovely stay in this casita in Oliva. The casita was clean and spacious with a great pool and sun terrace to relax on. It was nice to arrive and find some basics in the house, eg tea bags and bbq coals.
It is easy to walk into the town for a drink (a very helpful and friendly english chap runs Bar Molino in the town) and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby. We would recommend taking a car to the beach and to explore anything further afield.
It would be great if there was a file on recommended sights and local restaurants or perhaps a visitors book so other guests could add comments on what is to be found in the local area.

the casita was pretty much as described,being fairly basic,but rustic and in keeping with the property,the 2 bathrooms were very nice,clean and modern.maybe more or better clothing storage in the bedrooms would have been nice.the only other minor gripe with the casita itself was that you could only get very poor reception on the radio and on the tv and that unlike many villas there was no dvds left for the odd rainy day.the pool was well maintained by a nice cheerful scouser who gave us some good local info.the little path up to the villa could be much improved being uneven,overgrown a little and unlit,with the main path being used by many to let their dogs poo anywhere. Oliva itself is a busy,working spanish town,with friendly locals and noisy teenagers on mopeds and is not overly touristy which you may need to consider if you have younger children which need entertainment at night ,the beaches 10 mins away are excellent and great for young kids though older ones may need to go furter afield where more activities are offered.the A7 is very near by (some noise)meaning that many places like Benidorm,Javea and Moraira are easily reached.overall the casita offers a good basic stay and for many will be ideal, but may not be quiet right for those who are either elderly or very young

Oliva isnot for those wanting all the trappings of tourism, and more a typical Spanish town, and I try and make this clear when booking which I find a refeshing change and more and more difficult to find these days although there is go karting, bike hire, and restaurants with traditional entertainment nearby.
