Romantic Mountain Villa with River Views near Blue Flag Beaches
A spectacular 3 double bedroom detached villa set among olive, almond & fruit trees. You will enjoy fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and the Serpis river flowing in the valley below, which is great to swim in during the summer, and can be heard from the bedrooms. The floodlit pool (9x5 m) with Roman steps is for villa guests exclusive use. It is suitable for all ages and comes with sun loungers and umbrellas. The covered veranda (with its sea view corner) and the sun terrace are equipped with a BBQ, tables/chairs, sun loungers and are fully enclosed and child friendly. Some of our guests have commented on the unforgettable pleasure of lying by the pool in the stillness of the night, watching the moon rise over the mountains and counting shooting stars. The villa is 60 meters away from the studio and totally private and independent, however, the villa and the studio can be rented together to accommodate 8/9 persons, with an excellent discount. A romantic and very comfortable 3 bedroom detached villa in a secluded location. Come and enjoy the grapes, figs, apples, plums, almonds and olives, when in season, and discover the rich variety of herbs and wild flowers. Villa Majones has some of the best views in the whole La Safor region - unspoilt, uninterrupted vistas of the mountains and the river in the valley below, which you can hear from the bedrooms and enjoy having a meal or a drink in the covered varandas. The whole place is an amazing garden of spectacular rugged beauty, an artist paradise for you to relax and unwind - painting, cycling, walking, driving around, or just sitting still and listening to the silence and the rich orchestra of natural sounds. The River Serpis (teeming with a variety of fish) within easy reach, is great for fishing, and has a lovely little beach great for a picnic and a swim. You can dance the night away at Oliva's sand dunes 'chiringuito, (beach disco), or at one of the many local fiestas.

La Safor is a mountain range designated as a nature park with many walks, waterfalls and picnic areas. The typical agricultural Spanish town of Villalonga is within easy reach and has several banks, bars & restaurants. The historical Ducal city of Gandia is 12 kms away and is very enjoyable to visit, be it for a walk on the tree lined promenade, shopping or to attend a local concert, visit a good restaurant or enjoy its vibrant night life. Just a short distance away from Gandia you find yourself in Gandia’s Marina, with its prize winning blue flag beaches. Oliva town, 12 kms away, has a colourful Friday market. Oliva’s blue flag beach has a protected chain of sand dunes and good restaurants serving local cuisine, fish and great pizzas. For Golf enthusiasts, the well known Oliva Nova Golf, which was designed by Seve Ballesteros, is within easy reach. Also within easy reach are the La Sella (Denia) and Javea golf courses as well as the El Sela gold course (south of Valencia)

Villa and Studio can be rented together with a good discount. Please ask us. The villa is also available for
weekends and 3/4 day stays when out of season. We also provide excellent discounts for long term rentals please contact owners. We meet our guests in Villalonga at 3.30PM or earlier if possible, and check out time
during high season is 10AM so that we have time to get the house ready for you. We are also able to do
food shopping for you if you arrive after shops are closed (9.15 pm, or holidays and Sundays)

| Notes: | All bedrooms linen & towels provided. Beach towels can be rented out. You will get a free welcome pack with every booking. Maid service and baby sitting are available at 10 Euros per hour. The villa is equipped with portable water evaporate air coolers/fans & mosquito nets for all windows. Being 300 meters above sea level, like most of our guests, you will probably find that the mountain location provides soothing breezes even on the hottest days and nights. So leaving your window open you can sleep quite comfortably. In our experience, the cooling equipment is hardly ever used. For those of you wishing to rent during the off season, a large log burning stove is provided in the dining/lounge area. And there is plenty of wood. The rest of the villa can be heated by portable gas heaters. We can provide an outside umbrella heater so that the covered varanda & sun terrace can be used throughout the year. Accessibility & Special Interest Holidays
The villa and the studio are on one level and are suitable for people with mobility problems and are easily accessed by wheelchair users. You will find lots of places to sit, relax and take in the breathtaking surroundings. While all beaches have some wheelchair access, Oliva's Blue Flag sand dunes beach offers access all the way to the water and provides toilets and changing rooms by the sea. Great for children as well. Being a bay, the water is very warm and safe from strong waves. For those of you wanting to take even more advantage of the tranquil and beautiful settings, biodynamic massage, creative drawing, life and relationship coaching, as well as relaxation sessions by highly experienced practitioners, can be provided by request. We can offer guided tours to places reachable only by a 4x4 vehicle, packed lunches can be provided, if required. Maid service and baby sitting available on request at 10 euros per hour.

'Sun on my back, so much view my eyes can't take it all in, children happily occupied, wonderful holiday. From the oleanders along the river Serpis to the wild rosemary at the Cim de Safor, from the luxury of the warm pool to the fun of the waves and soft hot sand at Oliva, from the delicious paella valencien in Valencia to the multiple tapas in Denia, wonderful holiday. But the simplest pleasure of all, silence in the terrace, the mountains and the warm breeze with delicious aromas, the extra treat of the corner of sea.
